I think the next question is will the rubber bits survive this?
Absolutely. The plastic caps will survive too.

I am familiar with sterilization techniques. Steam contact is faster but dry heat at the same temperature can be just as effective. Just give it more time.It has nothing to do with the glass and rubber withstanding the temp.... it's because the vial is sealed.
I used to grow mushrooms and keeping things sterile is critical. In fact, it's hard for me to understand how they survive in the wild. Anyway, I learned by trial and error long ago. If the steam can't get to it, it doesn't get sterile. That's why sterilization pouches are made with a tyvek type material on one side.
Steam pressure sterilization does not destroy pyrogens 🙁

Spill the beans buddy.I just looked up pyrogen, hmmm. I definitely want pyrogen free vials...
Hey! You want that deal for referring someone? Dming youI ordered 120 of them an hour ago and shipping was $25. Sales tax was not included in the price for some reason though.
I ended up picking up 60 of those vials, will review them once they get here i forgot the referal offer! 😆Spill the beans buddy.
Good to know! I have been frustrated looking for 3ml vials. I finally just settled on 3ml pen cartridges instead.I've bought both of the products mentioned by @birdwhacker and @Dos-Dox above and I can also vouch for the quality of the vials. Both vendors charge less than $2.00 per vial with discounts for larger quantities from at least one of them.
Don't be put off by the size of the vial they state; 2ml which is technically the "nominal fill amount". They actually hold a little more than 3ml and are the same physical size of every filled lyophilized peptide vial I've received from China.
