Epitalon usage and effects

You've been thinking correct as a medical term. End of day is more commonly used as an administrative or business term.
Thanks for the clarification. been reading bro and institutional science for a long time and was pretty sure I had it right. Is either more common on this forum?

Honestly I've been here over a year and rarely see it used in either way so when it is clarification is probably needed. I have a business background so will always initially read it as End of Day which evolved into Close of Business which to me is a bit more aggressive.

I ordered a single vial Epitalon. But first I’m going to start with SS-31 and then try it. I ordered a kit of selank too.
I love SS-31.. observed effects were energetic, possibly even mood lifting, but not in a cns stimulant sort of way. also a general perceived boost in well being feelings. dosing around 500mcg on average. I really hope SSA comes back.

A single vial of epitalon is like two doses. I think the minimum cycle is 10 days.
Hey PA, I read that the old protocol specified 10 mg a day, but some researchers found that this was based on the older peptide that was used in the Russian study which was actually Epithalamin, not Epitalon, which is 10x stronger. I've heard accounts where people really got their butts kicked at that dosage. My order comes next week and I'm going to use it IN instead of subq since it's small enough to pass the BBB and be absorbed easily. I got some Snoot bottles that deliver 0.1 ML per spray. We'll see what happens. Here is a link to what is considered current info and protocol for Epitalon: https://pep-pedia.org/peptides/epitalon

Really? 200mg over 20 days had such a minimal effect on me, it's hard to imagine how it would affect other people that much. I'm curious, what were their symptoms?
On Reddit, people were talking about sleep disruption, although It's supposed to help with that, some said it had the opposite effect if they took it before bed, getting no sleep at all. Others reported bad anxiety and others just generally feeling like overall crap. Doctordup2 is an actual peptide researcher and she's posted some really informative posts on Epitalon there. She also created the original GLOW protocol. She has jumped in on some of these reports to provide advice. The only rule seems to be that everyone is different.

I think it is a gimmick. Without human trials or even some people posting results from some personal labs done, it is snake oil IMO.

When you start taking a stack of peptides and other supplements you really can't tell what triggered a result, unless it was what you expected based on research outcomes.

My sleep changes daily. Yet everything other than reta is supposed to help with sleep. But a month ago I was getting sleep scores in the 90s, I'm lucky to hit 80 now.

I think Reta is the only thing working in my stack currently. Maybe NAD also, I need a few more weeks on it to tell as I titrate up.
Epi, ss31, glow, semax, and selank have done nothing. And I experimented going above the rec dose to try to get some feeling negative or positive.

Epithalon, Semax and Selank all have extensive human studies, they're just all Russian. GLOW also has a lot of human research supporting it. I don't know that you'll ever "feel" NAD. The only proof would be a test for blood serum levels. The only rule is that everyone is different. My sleep on Reta hasn't been great either. Every bump means waking at 3am for good. I finally got some Trazadone from my doc.

I reconstituted (4) 10mg vials Epithalon with each 40 units brand new Hospira bac water yesterday. It was kind of cloudy. I transferred it to a sterilized pen carpual and let it sit in the fridge but it looks like milk. Has anyone else had this happen? I read somewhere that maybe there wasn’t enough bac water or it needed acetic acid? Or it’s just bad and I need to toss it? I’ve never used it before so just checking with others that have.

Mine is clear. Was is new BAC? What kind? Does is clear at room temps? You shouldn't need AA with this peptide.

Freshly opened Hospira. I can let it sit at room temp and see. Bummed 🫤

Yeah. Not a good sign if it stays that way. That is a low amount of BAC at just 1 unit per mg, also. If it stays cloudy, I'd double it if you have room, or break it out to another pen, if you have one. I did 10 mg to 4 ml of BAC.

I used a reconstitution calculator but obviously didn’t do it correctly. I’ve only reconstituted 60 mg Tirz and that’s been spot on. See, I need the Epithalon for my brain health 🤣. I really appreciate your help. It did look like it was on low side with liquid. Your the best!

OK. You can still salvage that if it's not bad. Here is the one I use: https://peptidescalculator.com/

I use 30 % acetic acid and the rest bac in mine. Try adding some of it.
