Fatigue

The feeling is the same on Reta for me, does it help you? I’ve tried B12 doesn’t seem to help, from what I saw commented on peppys is to use methylene blue.
Im luckily still happy with Sema effects, had no reason to switch to more expensive drugs yet, just sharing what I have learned from the experiences of others ...

I had a little bit of fatigue (among others mild side effects) on Sema, but B12 oral + B complex + multivitamins with mineral + electrolytes was enough for me to feel OK. But injectable form of B12 is something worth trying if your fatigue is really bad as many users have reported it helps them a lot!

I went to get my blood work vitamin levels checked. Fatigue has gone since B1 vitd3 and I'm going to add in magnesium possibly
My soapbox is that most everyone should take some form of mag. AFAIK, many people are deficient and it's not always reflected in labs. I'm sure you probably already know, but be sure to look into the different types. I take a few different forms, including a topical spray that definitely helps a little with my insomnia.

Cool, dark and dry storage - ie. in a drawer.

Not sure how long it lasts but the standard line is probably 30 days after the first puncture. I plan to use mine until it's gone. If you get the Pegasus version that includes NAD+, definitely don't put it in the fridge as it will gel up.
Just ordered Pegasus since I've heard so much praise. Hope it gives me a much needed boost while I cycle in some other peps!

Thanks! I'm definitely going to order today.

I just got my order of Pegasus today. Have you researched doses yet? I think I'm going to start with .5 mL twice a week and see where that gets me.

Yes. I started with .5 on Weds. I will do another .5 Sunday. A friend does 3x a week. I will see how it goes...

I used to just do the whole 1ml from the med spa I got my Lipo-C pins from but this is not the same blend.

Thank you! I'm excited to try this. For some reason I expected to be lyophilized, but I'm a noob that's probably my mistake.

I have been researching 1ml 2-3x week, which is the same doing I used for Hallendale Bioboost+, Mostly driven by the level of fatigue in my RS.

I see a lot of people saying B12 or B12 + MIC has resolved their fatigue. It does not for me. I take injections twice a week and they help the rest of the week, however, the day after the shot I am wiped out. Protein, electrolytes, water - all good. I think, for me, it's just the price of admission.

It doesn't work for my rs, either. NAD also does not energize them. But RS is an odd duck....lidocaine also only works at 5x the dose for them 😔
One of these days, I'm going to find some weird supplement or pep that knocks RS back into the ring 🤣

Take a look at SS-31, completely cured my RS's fatigue (stacked with LIPO-C/B12). Not a long-term solution but it could give you 3-4 weeks until you adapt to your current GLP dosage. You can then cycle off for a while and start researching it again.

I know this was for OP, but I wanted to thank you for the info. I have an order in for a kit of SS31 right now. Hopefully it energizes my RS🤞

I titrated my RS up slowly, over. a period of about two weeks. 500mcg, 1.5mg, 2mg all of the way to 4mg today, where I will stay for about another two weeks (or until my current vial runs out).

I when I titrated too quickly my RS lost the focus that comes with this pep. It was a little too much. Some researchers start at 4mg but there is no way that would have went well for my RS.

Noted, thank you!

My first pin was yesterday at 1ml. Initially made me pretty sleepy and then I felt kinda restless. I went IM, and that was super spicy. Plan is 3x/wk but may lower the dose, not sure yet bc fatigue is a big B for me.

Appreciate this. I have some on the way to research and was planning on starting at 2mg but I will definitely rethink that!

My first pin was Saturday. I had zero fatigue. In fact, I was energized and happy. It stung like a bitch though.

I get fatigue bad, that Pegasus juice looks good, how would one add lidocaine to it if they don’t like the stinging?

I have never done this before and have zero medical training but did do some research on this because I was considered adding it to my Pegasus. I was considering adding to try to match the Hallendale ratio which is 1% per ML.

Here are the active ingredients in Bioboost+:

Methionine 25 mg/mL
Inositol 50 mg/mL
Choline 50 mg/mL
Pyridoxine (B6) 25 mg/mL
Dexpenthanol (B5) 25 mg/mL
Cyanocobalamin (B12) 1 mg/mL
L-Arginine 15 mg/mL
L-Carnitine 15 mg/mL
Lidocaine 1 mg/mL

However, I think Lidocaine probably comes in different strengths. The one that I found is 2%/mL and just a couple of bucks a vial. You could probably just experiment with a few CC's near your Pegasus injection site (which would probably be safer). I think the company would even sell to me without a license as they sold me sodium bicarb and sterile water no questions asked. If your interested DM me and I will share the supplier.

It’s important to remember that people allergic to SULFA should not use Bioboost or the typical non-methylated form of B12…..Beware. If you used any of those products and got sick, that would be the reason. Mots-C helps, but I hate the fatigue. If I went back to eating 10,000 calories, it would go.>>.>…………..

About 36 hours after dosing, fatigue sets in so strongly, it’s as if my RS has been roofied.

Is there a fix for this? Electrolytes? Another pep?
You can look into nad or motsc. They help with fatigue. Electrolytes of course.
