Hi everyone, I need some advice. I'm placing my order soon. I was previously on Sema, which gave me the most success, even at low doses. Then I switched to Tirz, which I stuck with at the starting dose (because of the price). Now I have this forum 🙂 But with Tirz, I just barely managed to control myself, even though I was still hungry. With Sema, the effect was already very good at a low dose (I was at a maximum of 1mg), so I didn't increase it any further.

Now I'm on Reta 1mg/week and unfortunately, I'm not seeing much of an effect. I'll be increasing to 2mg next week.

I'm wondering whether I should stack it or not. I often read about Cagri or Mot C. This will be my first order, and I don't want to order multiple times at once because of the shipping costs. What would you recommend? Should I just stick with Reta? Cagri is very expensive. I've only just heard about Mot C. I'm also going to start exercising again soon; I haven't been able to due to a shoulder injury. My goal is still to lose weight (since switching to Tirz, my weight loss has stagnated or even increased slightly). I've lost about 30 kilos so far and would like to lose at least another 10.

I've also heard that GHK CU, for example, is supposed to help with sagging skin that occurs during weight loss?

It's important to me that I don't experience any relapse when I stop taking it. That's why I haven't increased the dose. Please help! Thank you.

Instead of starting at such a low dose of 1mg after being on both Sema and Tirz, why don't you simply start at 2mg or even 4mg per week and see where it gets you in a couple of weeks.

GHK CU might help a tiny little bit with sagging skin. I'm also applying Palmer's Cocoa Butter Firming Butter Body Lotion which I think is doing more for sagging skin than GHK CU.

I went by user reviews. Too high a dose at the beginning is never good or?

I’d agree, 1mg is on the low end of the low end, that’s not even my maintenance dose. 2mg is much more common as a starting point in at least my experience and for real results would expect to titrate up from there. The potential for relapse after the weight comes off is irrelevant if the weight doesn’t come off in the first place.

I'd stick with reta. You'll find your dose. Be patient. Regarding skin, I use GLOW but others use KLOW and that helps.

I think if you stack other GLPs with reta, you're taking away the power of the GIP and glucagon receptor agonists. I guess if it depends if you want to lose weight or feel like you're starving.

Because you have prior experience I think you should consider a higher dose.
