I’m looking for advice. I have SS31 50mg and NAD+ 1000mg on the way. I’ve read folks like to run FOXO4 first, and I’ve seen protocols that run SS31 + NAD + MotsC.

QUESTION: if you could only buy one, either the FOXO4 or the MotsC, which one would you choose?

I am currently on Reta & Klow. Sometimes NAD+ & Glutathione. I’m a woman in my mid 50s. I want to purchase strategically. Any advice, thoughts, suggestions, much appreciated.

MOTS-C is the only part of the mitochondrial protocol that I really believe did anything. I can't be sure at all about NAD+ and didn't notice any particular effect from it, and I think I had some placebo effect with SS-31, but I was bored of the whole thing by the time I got to the MOTS-C part, and I'm almost sure that's when I stopped feeling as tired.

Mind you, I'm open to the idea that it was the combination-ish of the three.

Thank you for sharing. I appreciate!

I’m curious if maybe only older people (40s and above) notice difference with the NAD, or SS31. Everyone I know that takes MotsC are all in their late 20s to 30s, and they all rave about it! But I don’t know that many people on peps overall, so… I will probably buy both and experiment.

My wallet hurts, and my freezer is squished 😑

I am finishing the 14 week protocol that uses NAD+, ss31 and mots-c. My reaction times and memory have definitely improved and I rarely need to take naps in the evening anymore. While on the protocol I did not notice any instant changes but I do as much now as I did 20 years ago in a day. I am a male in my early 60s.

I LOVE you for thinking I even MIGHT be in my 20's or 30's! If I was, I'd make WAY better life choices than I did the first time through. Maybe.

Approaching 50 year old male here and currently on nad+ and SS31 week 3 into the 14 weeks
Procotol, my sleep tracker agrees I’m having the best deep sleep ever now. Having the energy to go for twice a day gym session too. Can’t wait to start on mots-c

Thank you for reply/sharing progress. I will definitely research this protocol now, especially after reading about your results. I am hopeful! I can definitely use the improved energy. I would love to be able to skip the afternoon naps 🥱

I too am just about finished on the 14 week protocol. I would recommend going with the Mots-c then maybe after that, you can run a cycle of FOX04. I am a male in my 40's and have always been pretty out of shape and beaten up metabolically. After running this cycle for a while, I sleep better, am going to the gym after work every day, my home project to-do list is finally getting shorter, and I just all around feel healthier in both body and mind. I am also taking Reta and very recently started a tesa/ipa cycle. I am also very interested in running a cycle of FOX04, but that price tag is no joke! So since I haven't run it yet, I can't really speak to it's benefits. But I do know Mots-c is great!

The FOX04 prices are absolutely ridiculous. I've seen prices ranging from 145 to 350 for one 10mg vial. Just absurd.
Agreed! I saw some vials on a BST, but I’m still a value shopper and might hold out for a GB (crossing fingers someone organizes one, and I trip across invite!) I’ve seen kits priced from 210 to 680, but no COAs. I’m still new to gray, and I prefer sticking to a small handful of organizers/reps/suppliers. I need that trust relationship. Thankfully all good transactions so far…

Thank you, I will do this! Obtaining Mots-C first, since I’ve already secured the rest to run the 14 week protocol. Then hopefully this season or next, secure the FOX04, and go from there. I’m in no mad rush, and hoping for group buy, because this hobby is getting pricey! Ha!

Can I ask, what else are you currently running? I want to be where you are at, in terms of the energy to go to the gym twice a day?!! Dayum! 🔥

Uther has kits for $350 and he has COA's on everything he sells. The shipping is fast but pretty brutal at $85, unless you spend over $800 then it's free.

I used to pin as many as 10 times a day. Current stack are ss31 plus nad+, in the morning , glo blend after morning gym. Glow blend again in the evening , and ipa+ cjc fasted before bed

Yeah, I don't look like that either, lol. No time. Don't really understand how I got here, did all these activities take lees time when I was younger or just what the heck is going on?

I just saw MKM on here has FOX04 DRI listed on their price sheet. I have zero experience with them.

Funny how some pep work and some don't for different people. I got my NAD+ from a compound pharmacy at 1st, that stuff was straight fire for me. I tried 4 different Grey Market manufacturers, nothing zero nada zilch reaction. I even tried a different compound pharmacy, had 1/2 the effect the 1st pharmacy did.

This is several weeks after your question. I'm old enough to be on Medicare 🙂. I did the SS-31, MOTSC and NAD+ protocol. I didn't notice anything from it really, but decided I'd just stay on the NAD+ until I used up what I had...... Which is quite a bit. I didn't "feel" anything from it for a long time. I was doing 100 mg 5 to 7 days a week. One day I gave myself that injection - and a little while later I "felt it" - I was shocked. Then every day that I gave the injection following that day I felt that "rush". I figure my body was so deficient that it was using it up as fast as I was giving it to myself. Slowly reversing the deficiency, perhaps - I don't know. Anyway, Now I do 50 mg a day 5 to 7 days a week. I don't "feel" it usually, although now and then I do. I do plan to do the SS-31 and MOTS-C again. Those are more mitochondrial and I might not feel them working, but since I have them, I will use them.
