I’m looking for advice. I have SS31 50mg and NAD+ 1000mg on the way. I’ve read folks like to run FOXO4 first, and I’ve seen protocols that run SS31 + NAD + MotsC.

QUESTION: if you could only buy one, either the FOXO4 or the MotsC, which one would you choose?

I am currently on Reta & Klow. Sometimes NAD+ & Glutathione. I’m a woman in my mid 50s. I want to purchase strategically. Any advice, thoughts, suggestions, much appreciated.

MOTS-C is the only part of the mitochondrial protocol that I really believe did anything. I can't be sure at all about NAD+ and didn't notice any particular effect from it, and I think I had some placebo effect with SS-31, but I was bored of the whole thing by the time I got to the MOTS-C part, and I'm almost sure that's when I stopped feeling as tired.

Mind you, I'm open to the idea that it was the combination-ish of the three.

Thank you for sharing. I appreciate!

I’m curious if maybe only older people (40s and above) notice difference with the NAD, or SS31. Everyone I know that takes MotsC are all in their late 20s to 30s, and they all rave about it! But I don’t know that many people on peps overall, so… I will probably buy both and experiment.

My wallet hurts, and my freezer is squished 😑

I am finishing the 14 week protocol that uses NAD+, ss31 and mots-c. My reaction times and memory have definitely improved and I rarely need to take naps in the evening anymore. While on the protocol I did not notice any instant changes but I do as much now as I did 20 years ago in a day. I am a male in my early 60s.

I LOVE you for thinking I even MIGHT be in my 20's or 30's! If I was, I'd make WAY better life choices than I did the first time through. Maybe.

Approaching 50 year old male here and currently on nad+ and SS31 week 3 into the 14 weeks
Procotol, my sleep tracker agrees I’m having the best deep sleep ever now. Having the energy to go for twice a day gym session too. Can’t wait to start on mots-c

Thank you for reply/sharing progress. I will definitely research this protocol now, especially after reading about your results. I am hopeful! I can definitely use the improved energy. I would love to be able to skip the afternoon naps 🥱

I too am just about finished on the 14 week protocol. I would recommend going with the Mots-c then maybe after that, you can run a cycle of FOX04. I am a male in my 40's and have always been pretty out of shape and beaten up metabolically. After running this cycle for a while, I sleep better, am going to the gym after work every day, my home project to-do list is finally getting shorter, and I just all around feel healthier in both body and mind. I am also taking Reta and very recently started a tesa/ipa cycle. I am also very interested in running a cycle of FOX04, but that price tag is no joke! So since I haven't run it yet, I can't really speak to it's benefits. But I do know Mots-c is great!
