Tirzepatide on Sundays.
Cagrilintide on Thursdays.
December 2024: 215 lbs.
September 2025: 144 lbs.

Followed the typical dosage charts (dose increases every 4 weeks until max. recommended) without any significant side effects.
Weighted myself at the 6-month mark (165 lbs) and 9-month mark.

Will start weekly exercise routine soon (4x/week).

Currently, going backwards on my Tirz dose in order to switch to Reta (2x agonist->3x agonist) for maintenance purpose. My intention is to drop Reta or Cagri in the future.

How are you doing mentally with your new body?

If you have lost that much weight without doing exercise along the way you may be shocked at how much lean muscle mass you have lost.

I recently hit what I thought was my goal weight, and I got a DEXA scan, and it was bad news... 33% body fat with a very high visceral fat score. I'm like 3rd percentile for muscle mass in my age group, despite currently not looking fat.

"They" say I was supposed to be exercising all along the way, and eating enough protein. Turns out, they were right. Now I am trying to fix my body composition, that's probably going to be hard at my age.

Always good to see someone reaching their goal while losing at a healthy rate. Congratulations!

HGH with exercise and you'll be bulging in no time. Same thing happened to me (lost a lot of muscle, not exercising) and after doing 3iu five times a week for about 5-6 weeks my muscles have bounced back and then some. I ain't a spring chicken by no means either LOL, late 50's but in great health and shape. The weight has bounced back also though lol. Initially lost 35lbs and have gained back about 15lbs but I think the whole 15lbs is muscle gain as I am same or a bit stronger than originally (pre GLP1).

so I also added a once-a-day Glycine supplement to my routine
Curious to know what Glycine is supposed to do especially with regards to muscle loss? I'd heard Carnitine is supposed to help but have no experience of my own.
