Has anyone seen Tesa in 20mg+ vials?

I'm doing a protocol for 2mg/day (1mg in AM and 1mg in PM) and it's been working like gangbusters! According to my bioimpedance scale (BodyPedia), visceral fat is down from an 8 to a 6 after a month's use and there's definitely a milder, but continuous impact on subq fat, too! But dealing with 10mg vials is a pain -- especially when you're using pens and/or traveling. Has anyone gotten their hands on 20mg+ size vials instead?

I've read, sorry not sure where it was posted, that Tesa should not be used beyond 7 days after reconstituting due to it breaking down. The broken down substance is not something you would want.
I believe it's the manufacturers pamphlet or MSDS or similar.

i think it's one of the vendor here had them. I'll let you know if I run across it again.

Interesting. I hadn't heard that before, but appreciate it if you are able to hunt that down. The GPT agents are telling me that would only be true if reconn'ing with sterile water (as opposed to BAC water.)

There’s an ongoing degradation test being run over at PTDS for reconstituted tesa at 0, 7, 14, 21, and 28 days and stored in refrig and room temp. Results should be public in 2 months.

Uther has 20mg tesa.

Interesting. I don't know all the acronyms, but assume PTDS is some crowdfunded testing group?

And, thanks for the tip on Uther!

I've come across it in 20mg from a few providers but never seen it any amount higher than 20mg.

That is the hardline number the FDA has taken for prescription Elamipril because the pharma product is formulated with sterile water, not BAC. The compounding pharmacies all say 14 days, but they also say 28 days on BAC. There is a test underway in PTDS for reconned Tesa degradation. It will be interesting next month to see what the real story is.

Thank you for the clarification.
Any recommendations how to get access to the test results or join the group. Assuming it a pay to participate and view, which is fine. Will it be shared with the public at some point.

I've started seeing the 20mg option more lately, thankfully. Even seen a 40mg gb.

If you want to save some time and money, stack tesamorelin with ipamorelin. Studies have shown that coupling a ghrh with a ghrp amplifies the gh pulse more than using either one alone.

You’re right it is a pain reconstituting one per week on the 10mg size. No reason you can’t recon 2 vials at once and filter them both into the same pen cartridge. I plan to do this this week. I figure it’s not that much more of a hassle to do two at once.

I think I might be on the "interested" list for that same 40mg gb, though I'm not sure I'll pull the trigger. Depends upon whether I plan to use Tesa again in the future beyond this initial cycle. And, agreed on the coupling. That's exactly what I'm doing: Tesa + Ipa + 5-Amino + BPC/TB4 (the latter for recovery, not body recomp, obvs.)

Yes, that's exactly what I did yesterday. It goes fast enough, but I'm excited to be receiving a 20mg kit next week! If you do some digging on B/S/T TGs you can find some good deals!
