Heart racing from Reta

I wear an Apple Watch most of when I’m awake and an Oura ring almost all the time (got it mainly to track sleep more comfortably). Both track heart rate, variability, pulse ox, etc.

I mainly look at heart rate variability and resting heart rate, although Oura’s readiness score looks at that and seems to be fairly comprehensive and accurate, but not particularly insightful so far (I know when I feel off). I use the heart rate on the watch when exercising, it has less latency than the ring.

yes i get that but where can i see these stats ? Wearing apple watch all day and night

My resting heart rate has risen about 5 bpm. But my blood pressure went to very high normal to low normal so I can deal with extra 5 bpm.

Did you have low blood pressure before taking reta? That seems to be one way of predicting a greater degree of elevated heart rate on reta.
I've been on Reta for a few weeks and my RHR has increased by 10+bpm. I have low blood pressure so that tallies. It was in the low 70s and is now mid 80s, so not dangerously high.
