yes i get that but where can i see these stats ? Wearing apple watch all day and nightI wear an Apple Watch most of when I’m awake and an Oura ring almost all the time (got it mainly to track sleep more comfortably). Both track heart rate, variability, pulse ox, etc.
I mainly look at heart rate variability and resting heart rate, although Oura’s readiness score looks at that and seems to be fairly comprehensive and accurate, but not particularly insightful so far (I know when I feel off). I use the heart rate on the watch when exercising, it has less latency than the ring.

I've been on Reta for a few weeks and my RHR has increased by 10+bpm. I have low blood pressure so that tallies. It was in the low 70s and is now mid 80s, so not dangerously high.Did you have low blood pressure before taking reta? That seems to be one way of predicting a greater degree of elevated heart rate on reta.
This is a relief and I hope the same for me. Im almost 4 weeks in and mine is up 10bpm on 2mg/wk. My AI coach and watch are telling me its effecting my HRV and sleep, and not to titrate up yet. Thanks for the info.I guess everyone is different. When I started my RHR was 94. 8 1/2 months later and on 12mg Reta my RHR is 78. I've never experienced any racing. I know it is anecdotal, but these meds really do have a range of effects on different people. You don't know until you experiment on yourself.
