I wasn't ready to jump into grey with my first dose so I signed up for 3 months with Brello. I haven't received it yet so maybe I'll understand all this better once I start using it.

I understand I will have to order - alcohol swabs, BAC water, needles..etc

But how do I know how much tirz to order?

With Brello.. this is the plan they have me on
Month 1 - Inject 10 units (2.2 mg or 0.10 ml) once weekly (8.8mg per month)
Month 2 - Inject 20 units (4.4 mg or 0.20 ml) once weekly (17.6 mg per month)
Month 3 - Inject 30 units (6.6 mg or 0.30 ml) once weekly (26.4 mg per month)

Month 4 - what should my dosage be? This is what I don't know. I have 50 lbs to loose but I don't want to rush it. I'm okay if the weight comes off slowly. I have a sensitive stomach so I don't want to increase dosage too fast and get sick.
I've looked at all the reverse calculators but since I couldn't figure out how much I needed. I couldn't figure out how much I needed to order.

In another thread someone mentioned I will be on 10 mg so I should order 60 mg of Tirz (10 vials) - How long will that last if stored correctly in freezer?

Thanks for helping me understand this.

I saw that the rep from Injection Shop just made their first post in a while, so you might want to check them out for the supplies you need.

Given the somewhat unconventional titration (dosage escalation) schedule they gave you, it might require a little experimentation on your part to figure out your 4th month dosing. Their math suggests 8.8mg would be the next step, but I have a feeling by then you may have begun adapting and possibly experiencing enough of a return of food noise that you may need to go up even higher for that next step. Ultimately a lot of it will come down to how well you do the first week, month, and three months before you need to worry about it too much.

I can help you out a little--the vials from Brello (I have them too, and am finishing them out) are 22 mg/ml, and are a volume of 1 ml. So you've been buying 22mg (ish) vials. You'll get four of them, and 10 units is 2.2 mg. You COULD do 11 units for 2.4 mg, which very close to the usual standard starter dose, if you felt like it, and then titrate to a little under 5 on the second month or whenever after 4 weeks you're ready to titrate up (22 units.)

The reason why they have that titration schedule is to help get around the "you can only compound if you're doing a nonstandard dose or if you compound something else into it," and Brello does both.

By the time you get that far, you'll have had time to work out the math. But what you need to know to start is that you bought four 22 mg vials.

Oh, also, they'll send you enough syringes and prep pads and such to use what you have.

Ignore units for now. It sounds like you want a slightly conservative titration schedule which is what Brello's had you on.

So increase your weekly dose by 2.2 mg, every 4 weeks [vs official increase of 2.5 mg] until you hit 15 mg. Or until you hit intolerable side effects, in which case drop down a notch.

I'm probably the one who suggested a kit of ten 60 mg vials, and I still do. As well as choosing a low number of units as a target, provided it works out to a numbered stop on the syringe for each month.

Tirz has much less tendency to cause nausea vs semaglutide, but minor constipation is an issue. So (over-) hydrate all day every day. And eat at least three small meals every day, protein-heavy and carb-light. Fiber.

As noted above, in frozen powder form Tirz lasts for years virtually unchanged. Reconstituted and always alcohol-wiped, 1 (official) to 3 months refrigerated; freeze if you want to be more cautious.
