How long before pulling fire alarm on QSC?

QSC posts literally says to ask your salesperson what the SKU is and they'll tell you the contents. They don't post their SKUs if I'm not mistaken. Email them to confirm

Email of WhatsApp your sales person using whichever medium you used to place the order. Ask them what that means.

Every single time i submit my order confirmation I've had a response within 24 hours of all SKUs of items ordered and shipping info from Tracy.
Maybe I've been lucky.
Ive ordered from a few other places too and have had a generally good experience with all of them. But I also don't have any kind of expectation that this is Amazon.

I truly think that's 99% of the problems. I was excited when I first started and just wanted to jump in but I read for months before I ever placed an order and it was domestic lol. Also if they've never really ordered anyhting from overseas then they're gonna be in for a ride lol.

Most will never have issues with them in fact, but when there's an issue good customer service is nice to have
 
Hey, is anyone else having trouble getting replies on WhatsApp or email? They usually get back to me within 24 hours, but I haven't heard anything since December 17th.

yes, sent in an order inquiry on whatsapp, still no response, kind of worried I’ll miss the christmas sale window to get my order in. Fingers crossed we don’t get lost in the shuffle (っᵔ◡ᵔ)っ♡

I've been watching it too. It was released from customs earlier today.

This guy was also in GA's server failing to read anything and just asking for marcus to do everything for him.

He's also been on like 3 of the DC groups. Dude had to be a scam. See how he starts all this drama and then disappears? And if he's not... he's the worst "vendor" to ever exist. It took me 2 minutes on Google to look up the site in his profile photo which led to a IG page that was attached to his PERSONAL Facebook? Lol. I'm no internet detective so if IM finding all that hahah. Stay far away

Not a chance they’ll bring back PayPal. Look at all the people panicking less than a week after ordering because they don’t get communication. Those idiots will be filing disputes/chargebacks left and right, same as that stupid woman who said she was reporting a vendor to the BBB🤣 The trade off isn’t worth it
