How many people still use Sema?

I am at 4mg but stalled the past week+ and gained about 2 pounds. I will go to 5mg next dose. I am hoping not to eventually go above 6mg. I've read of several members who've had success stacking Reta and Sema. I think I will go that route at some point in February.
You’re worried about receptor burnout, but you’re wanting to stack GLPs.

Common therapeutic range/benefits are realized around 6-8+mg.

A week stall isn’t much, 2lb could be water weight/scale variance.

The decision is yours, of course, I’m just looking at the logic of it.

I keep reading specifically not to stack sema and tirz. Has anyone else seen such advice/notes/dosing information?

Sema is GLP only, Tirz is GLP and GIP. Tirz GLP action is considerably weaker than sema, maybe 1/2-2/3 weaker.

You could stack, but I don’t see the benefit unless the GIP agonizing is too much… maybe hypoglycemia?

I have been on Reta for over 2 months now and am thinking of adding Sema as I get the hunger pangs on Reta usually around 4 days after taking my Reta dose. Any opinion or thoughts on what my starting Sema dose should be since I am already accustomed to being on Reta? I was thinking .5mg possibly?
Are you still losing? I tried reta long after hitting goal. My hunger increased significantly and my weight increased for I think the first two weeks but went right back to my new normal and stayed there. We are all so different. Even though it's pretty trendy just let the reta do it's thing. If you really want to pin more things you always have that option later.

I stalled and gained about 2 pounds over 1+ weeks. I just upped my dose to 5mg so hoping I will resume losing weight again. Will give it some more time (maybe a full month) before adding anything else if no additional results by then.
