How much weight have you lost?

~19 pounds down. 244>225.2 in 7 weeks. On reta, currently 4MG/Week.

After I added Reta to my stack, I lost 2 lbs last week. Only .5, split. I will see if that continues.

Started at 214 and now 169, been on Tirz almost 2 years (in and off) and at times some months getting bunk shyt like from Red Rock 🤮🤮🤮
So ya now I been slowly lowering my dose..not sure how low to go…I’m at abt 4mg/week now 🤔
