That's awesome! Do mind me asking what was your highest dose during weight-loss?

My diet was horrific previously I would 100g chocolate bar every night. Takeaway 4 nights a week sometimes I'd get a cheese cake and start with one slice but eat the lot in an evening so cutting all this out and being strict.. nothing sugary nothing fried and as little processed food as possible 1500cals a day which is low for a guy 6ft 4in tall. With this in mind I've gone from 19st 8lbs to 16st 2lbs since the 22nd May this year.. I lost 21lbs in 21 days to start with but now it's drastically slowed down. This is using tirzepatide and I've 2 weeks ago just started to add cagri.
My downfall/nemesis was(probably still is) ice cream. Was doing whole container, quart and a half, every night...Stuff slides right past a lap band...Started Tirz 10 weeks ago, currently at 7.5mg. Food cravings and urge to over eat are well controlled. I'll stay at this level as long as it continues working for me. 269lb start weight , currently 251lb. 18lbs in 10 weeks, just what my doctor wants to see...

So I went all the way up to 15mg…I stayed on that for quite a bit…I was just nervous that when I started tapering down the pounds were gonna start piling back on lol but nope, not yet at least 🤞🏼
I had the most luck (no good noise n pounds coming off) with Hallandale and now Strive.
I think everyone already knows because I say it all the time LoL how much I hateeee Red Rock n Designer Drugs was awful too.
I did get some grey mattter lol and sent it off for testing and it came back good!
So I have those to fall back on if anything should happen n We can’t get the compounds anymore…. i’m actually surprised that we are still currently able to get them. I thought for sure we were gonna be cut off with the whole fda/lilly crap…

That's great! So, you slowly titrated down? I'm up to 13.5 mg every 5 days. I want to drop 17 more pounds and go onto to maintenance. I'm ok with losing, but get concerned about maintenance.

107lbs in 11 months stacking Tirz and Reta. Strict 1,200 cal / day diet. BMI went from 39 to 21.8. Currently in maintenance for a month. Taking 8mg Reta only. Still experimenting as to maintenance dosage.
Great job! how does just Reta feel after previously stacking with tirz?

In total: 120+ pounds. I’m not actually sure what my true high weight was but I’ve been calling it 250 lbs. I’m sure it was probably more though.

HW: 250 lbs Sept 2022
(Lost 40 lbs with diet and exercise)
Started tirz: 210 lbs September 2024
(Weightloss slowed to <0.5lb/week)
Added survo: 173 lbs February 2025
(Weightloss back up to 1.5-2lb/week)
Original goal weight: 140 lbs
Current: 134 lbs today
Current goal weight: 130 lbs

General future plan: as I approach 130, I think it would be unrealistic to shoot for 120 even though the body dysmorphia is telling me I should just push the scale down as far as it will go and continue to move the goal post from 140 to 130 to 120. My problem is that I haven’t exercised this whole time and, in a perfect world, if/when I start tapering down on the GLP1’s at 130 I would simultaneously start exercising and compensate for any increase in appetite. Surprising and unfortunately, when I was heavier, my schedule actually allowed for consistent exercise (hence being able to lose 40 lbs prior to tirz, albeit slowly) but now things have changed and I’m prioritizing time with my kids and sleep. I could really use some body recomp though so we’ll see.
You will want the added muscle to raise your base metabolic rate for when you taper off. Anything you can do now will help you. Taking stairs instead of the elevator etc. Legs are big muscles.. push ups off walls or counters while waiting in kitchen too, and squats here and there. It all adds up. There was a study where all the activity we do during our day adds up to an important factor in our weight and strength.

Today I hit a milestone and just wanted to share.

I started my journey on June 6, 2025 at 232 lbs., 6'-0", 61 y.o. male btw.

This morning I weigh 199.7 lbs. and I know that number is psychological but I truly do not remember the last time I weighed under 200 lbs!!! And I feel fantastic and like I have some years back - definitely a ton more energy. I do eat very healthy and daily gym (but not super intensely due to a subluxated bicep tendon - which we're working on with BPC/TB).

June: telehealth tirz @ 2.5 mg
July: local medspa tirz @ 5 mg & online vendor sermorelin @ 2mg, 5/2.
August: Gray tirz @ 7.5 mg & online vendor tesa @ 2mg, 5/2.
Sept: Gray tirz @ 7.5; Gray tesa @ 2mg, 5/2 & just am setting up to shift to gray tirz @ 5mg & gray survo @ .75mg for maintenance as I am close to GW. Then I may take a break from glps for a bit and use only Tesa for VAT focus while I am strength-training (can you believe it?!?!) for my arm and overall muscle development.

I am SO VERY GRATEFUL!! And grateful for this community of great folks that I have stumbled across just when I needed it!

26 pounds in 19 weeks which included a ten day break for a trip.

174 lbs to 148. Initial goal weight was 140 (a pre perimenopause/menopause norm) which I didn't think I would hit until the end of the year. --I had no idea glp1's would be so effective.

Now I'm considering a stretch goal of 135 or 130. Those would give me some cushion if some regain is inevitable and add muscle. --Those have been harder levels to maintain even when I was younger though so we'll see.

ONE YEAR
87.3 pounds down, 26.7 to gooooooo! (lfg)
280 to 192.7, 5'7", 51f
Current protocol: 12.5mgTirz Wednesdays + 0.9mg Survo Saturdays

4 lbs of human body fat takes up about 2L of volume.

Divide the pounds you have lost by 4, and imagine that many 2L soda bottles rolling around your feet. That's how much less you there is now. Congratulations everyone. 🙂

20 lbs keto 1 year. 0 lbs ozempic 1 year but I quit nicotine, 35 more pounds tirzepatide 6 mos. I am within 10 lbs of my target weight. I hope it is safe now to buy new pants.😀
