How often are you injecting GLOW?

The link to Anelas Alibaba source for cosmetic grade GHK – CU is no longer working. I have ordered other GHK from Alibaba and it was so fake looking when I got it I didn’t even try it. Current source for raw GHK – CU for topical?? (Not lyophilized)

You do realize this person didn’t create anything?
Yea. Have you read her stuff? Its interesting. She is very off-i-ci-al sounding. Like she made the regimen her namesake. It does smack of meglomania or meglowmania as the case may be. But a lot of the data we use as a basis for our research is user accounts and anecdotal evidence based in science so Im not gonna harsh her mellow.

Twice a day; morning and evening. Anela blend ::
BPC /Tb/ghk cu mix. 10/10/50.
Her protocol says 6 weeks on 3 weeks off.

1.5mg each dose.

Longer needle (1/2 inch) and very fleshy part of the body sub q helped with welts and the delayed onset soreness I was having. That was lasting a week with bruising. Now - maybe 1 out 10 times it will hurt.
Is 1.5mg per day pretty standard for glow 70? In recovering from shoulder SLAP repair. Chat GBT is recommending 10mg per day.

I base my glow dosage on 2mg ghkcu...no effing way Id do 5 times that. I cannot imagine how spicy it'd be plus $$$. Now bpc or tb500 separately...idk what the dosage for acute issues might be there. For injuries you may more likely benefit from bpc-157 and tb500 frag not the full chain tb4 that mainly benefits skin which is the version that tends to be in the GLOW blend if its compounded properly since its focus is skin essentially. Youll see both referred to as tb500. You need to know what the amino acid chain is to tell the difference.

My experience matches what I've seen mentioned on Reddit: the maximum tolerated concentration of Cu seems to be around 1mg per injection:
  • Single 2mg injection: long-lasting PIP
  • 3 close injections of 833mcg: no PIP
  • 3 close injections of 1000mcg: no PIP
  • 2 close injections of 1500mcg: PIP, but not as bad as the first one
  • 3 close injections of 1000mcg: back to no PIP
I've also switched to 1/2" pen needles for this, since a reaction damages the skin. The EasyTouch 29G are surprisingly painless.

Concentration matters way more than the total dose. I find ghk-cu at less than 6mg/ml to have zero problem with pip.

If I am doing 5 days on and 2 days off do I need to cycle off for 4 wks every 8-12 weeks still? I have an autoimmune condition associated with lots of tendinopathies (it's called enthesopathy). BPC has been a gamechanger for me and I am afraid of how bad I will feel being without it for 4 wks. Has anyone out there taken BPC continuously with the 5d on/2d off protocol indefinitely without noticing a need to increase the dosing requirements?

I have the 50/10/10 blend from simple and it burns and itches and leaves welts like crazy. Sometimes the pain is much worse and sometimes I get lucky with no redness or pain. I have noticed injecting on my apron belly like almost on the underside of the area with the most loose skin, that's when it hurts least and leaves the least marks/bruise/itchy everything. I also push it in as much as possible just like someone said they did on their buttcheek. But yeah...5 days per week or every day...it's rough

More BAC and longer needle will help

Twice a day (based on 2 x 2mg GHK) using a pep pen with 4mm needle. No pip at all injecting in my glutes.

What results are you seeing ? And how long did they take ?

What’s a peptide pen ?
Ok, these are not something you need, but you might definitely WANT. The pen cartridge holds 3ml of product. You swap out the needles (they are like $15 for 200 on Amazon) and then you just dial your dosage. So convenient. It took me six months of "it's not that hard to pull a dose and use an insulin syringe," but I really do like the convenience of just swapping in a new needle and dialing my dosage.

I used to belong to a peptide facebook group and we had people who posted photos of their first day and then every month. The transformation was incredible. Sadly, Facebook nuked our group because we were talking about peptides. I've tried to find other threads and places that had "before and after" but mostly get advertising for med spas.

i'm honestly not seeing much when it comes to results....I am not really taking a high dose for one. but also it's hard to say because i didn't have an injury or anything i was just trying to get the skin and hair support more than anything. have noticed maybe less soreness after strength training but it's hard to say how sore i would have been without it you know? My husband is also taking it every other day and dang..he's 54 years old and he looks noticeably younger...i wasn't really expecting that. I don't know if it's less wrinkles or brighter skin or what, but theres a difference...he looks good! For him, he has lung issues and he has been coughing less which is awesome and he has some really tight muslces around his chest and shoulder on one sider from an injury a lot time ago and he's noticed less tightness. But we're doing doses on the lower side. its our first cycle with it and we wanted it to last both of us as long as possible so we chose to do the lowest therapeutic dose that would still give benefits. I'm not really sure how long it took to see results...maybe a month? we're closing up on an 8 week cycle once we finish our 3rd vial of it.

I've been taking Klow for 3 weeks (now at 5000/1000/1000/1000 every night, along with 25g collagen peptides and 400mg hyaluronic acid - for joints) and I can't say I've noticed any effect (yet), except perhaps my hair is shinier. I'm not really watching my appearance, though.

I've read that you may not see a difference for a few months. Remember that it takes 4-6 weeks, or longer in older adults, for new skin cells to develop and then reach the surface to replace old skin cells 🙂 The longer you use it, the better your skin looks.
