I feel like this is potentially a more cultural question?

Are you required to take a nap, or is it encouraged? If you took that time to say, walk around the facility in laps, would that be looked down upon? In my workplace, certain departments take break at the same time, and have a designated route to walk that includes stairs and brief periods outdoors. Is that possible for you? To take a walk instead of sleeping?
