Agreed. I don't think we should be striving for a medication that makes us feel full all of the time. That's not normal. Should we feel full after eating a meal? Sure. But not all the time. Hunger is normal and natural, and we SHOULD feel hungry when our body needs sustenance. I don't understand this desire to feel full all the time, and turning to a glp1 for that doesn't really get to the root of the real problem which is fixing your relationship with food.Call me crazy, but maybe that means you need to eat? I eat a lot of food on glp1, but it’s mostly protein - chicken and eggs. And I keep losing weight, and I don’t think I’m losing that much muscle despite not doing much exercise. I don’t think the point is to starve.
