I LoVe Cagrinilitide!

I injected 0.75 mg and I’m honestly not sure if it’s doing much for me. I keep going back and forth on how I feel about cagri, but ultimately it’s not giving me the appetite suppression or food-noise reduction I was hoping for.

I previously stacked cagri with reta once and felt very ill, but without any additional appetite suppression, so I ended up quitting both reta and cagri cold turkey. It’s been a few weeks now, and I’ve started fresh again, but I’m still not sure why this isn’t hitting me harder.

I wish there were more anecdotes from outliers like me who seem to need higher doses even from the beginning. Should I just pin 1mg or even 2mg?

Love Cagri too. Started low and slow . Presently take 2 mg weekly without fatigue . Always felt energy with it. Does dry my mouth more.
This comment gives me hope. How long did it take you to titrate up to 2mg? Considering jumping up to 2mg, if I feel nothing at 1mg.

Edit : pinned 1.5mg. Still feel nothing!

Im on 1.8mg now (taken about 12 weeks) this has been the sweet spot for me so far. I was on 12.5mg tirz (just upped to 15mg)
I didnt feel loads of suppression before this dose of Cagri, I was so jealous of people who cant eat at 0.3mg!
I did take tirz for a year then come off and restart after a 2 month break so I think my resistance is abit higher so it took a higher dose to take effect.
Ive got a kit of cagri 10mg coming after just buying single vials to see if I liked Cagri enough to invest so Im sticking with it. I'll be upping my dose to 2mg in a few weeks if it feels like the effect is wearing off but for now I feel ok.

I started cagri at 0.25mg once a week. I was on Tirz for 24 months now and at 15mg for 1 year. Since Dec I was stalling even gaining. Now I titrated Tirz down to 7.5 mg and Reta up to 4mg and Cagri since two weeks. Before that the hunger was crazy with Reta. Now I started loosing again and dropped the additional 8 lbs I gained since Dec. Hopefully this stack will work for me. I will stay at a small dose of Tirz, because I like the reduction of inflammation and my rheumatism is gone! Also the blood counts show this. And my doctor likes that very much.

How about you try this? Stack cagri, reta, and tirz. And pin those on separate days, for example. Start one on Monday, then pin another one on Wednesday, and then another one on Friday, so you're covered for the week. Try this experiment because all of them are slightly different, right? cagri is a completely different pathway. reta gets all three receptors. And tirz gets the same receptors as reta, but it has more of an appetite suppression effect, so you're getting all benefits and you're covering all your bases.

Thank you so much for the suggestion, but I was on reta at 8 mg/week for six months with no weight loss and a lot of side effects, including extreme hunger.

Because of that, I’ve quit reta and don’t really plan on going on another GLP-1 right now. That’s why I’m trying cagri alone, and I’m also waiting for elora to arrive. I'm going to go ahead and pin 500mcg on top of the 1.5mg and see how that goes!

The wife just started cag last Thursday at .25mgs. She pairs it with 8mg of reta and she pins that on Mondays. I do a 4 mg reta pin on Monday and thought about starting the cag this Friday at .25mg but I am a little afraid of the potential exhaustion. I want less food noise but I also want to be able to get my protein in. I keep going back and forth, take it, don't take it. I have tried increasing my reta dosage to 6mg and the intestinal side effects got me pretty good.

My current experience with Cagri:
I am on Reta since the beginning of the 2026, previously on tirze since august 2025.
I started with 1mg/w and increased up to 7.5mg/w. After the first 7,5mg I had very bad side effects (mostly diarrhea) for 1 week, so I decided to be back to 5mg/w and then to 5mg/5d.
I had a plateau for 5/6 weeks (without significant side effects), so I decided to add Cagri.
I started with 0.1mg/w but nothing happend, so titrated up to 0.4mg. The last injection I had was 3 days ago, but starting from the day after I am facing a really bad side effect extreme fatigue, nausea and expecially something I am still investigation on:
very low Blood Pressure (100/60),
extreme fatigue (I had to stop my workout at the gym today),
and what is worryng me a lot is that my smarthwatch is showing abnormal sleep in the last 3 days and atrial fibrillation.
Later i will meet my cardiologist in order to have a quick checkup.

I cannot say that Cagri has been the reason of this, and unfortunately I cannot say to my doctor that I used Cagri (he knows I am using GLP1 peps, but only the approved ones).

I hope that what I am facing is not related to Cagri assumption, but in any case I will suspend it for some week for sure.

Please let me know if some of you has never been in such abnormal situation.

Wow, I can't believe you had extreme hunger on reta at 8 mg per week. For me right now, I'm on cagri + reta, super low dose for both 1 mg reta and 266 mcg cagri. I think I wanna add tirz as well, 1 mg of that. What I've noticed from my experiences, GLP-1s in addition with cagri, provides like a synergistic effect and they complement each other, but that doesn't seem to work for you, which is kind of odd. Hopefully, your new cagri dosage works and you don't get too many side effects because cagri is pretty strong. I dont think im ever gonna increase my dosages for both reta and cagri cause im not getting any sides.

Yeah, you wanna watch out for those side effects. If you combine reta with cagri, those gastrointestinal effects combine and accumulate to an even higher intensity. So if you are planning to take cagri, you may wanna lower your reta dosage.
Yes! Now that you mention it, this is why it was such a chore to eat, the suppression + a dry mouth. Everything was cardboard.
definitely not my experience with reta and cagri, because I can still eat and there's really good suppression but i get full super fast. The only thing I have is a dry mouth, and I'm drinking water basically every two seconds, yet it stays dry. But I've been doing this for a while now, so I got used to it, and it is what it is.
