I tweaked the PH

Novo Nordisk is testing Cagri with pH4.0-4.5. Got 3 different type of Hydrion test papers, down to pH0.0 tests. Did just like Exploitedworkerbee, mixed roughly 50% bac and 50% AA, to get pH4.5. I added the 300cc bac mix to Cagri 5mg vial. Today, I pinned 7cc for the first time and will ramp up slowly. No sting. Yes, until I get to a higher dosage, I may need to throw out the first Cagri vial, still half full, in 30 days. I could have drawn extra bac just before before pinning, to avoid possible sting, but I chose this method to mitigate contamination and dulling the syringe. As Novo is testing Cagri on humans, I am less worried about fibrils. More worried about the crap that could be present in the lyophilized vial.

I dont know anything outside of the fact that my ph is now 4.5 instead of 6.

I reconstituted with bac then added the acetic acid. Should I have added the acetic acid to the bac then reconstituted or is this the same effect regardless of the order? (Not sure if like binding the peptides happens or something and the acetic acid doesn’t work after the fact).

Also not sure if the ph needs to be set in the powder before reconstituted so maybe none of this even matters. Can a legit chemist chime in on these two things?

Also, regarding the thigh injection lol… why not go a step further and just shoot it into your foot man. No way oligomers are gonna make that trek lol.
That last sentence 🤣 💀
I just used 1ml 0.6% acetic acid to reconstitute. Didn't test ph, just injected. Surprisingly it didn't burn too bad 😬. Definitely tolerable. I'd say much less spicy than GHK-cu pins, even.
