I use 5mg every 5 days, should I buy 15mg or 30mg vials?

I have noticed a slight loss of effectiveness after 45 days or so. I'm sticking with the 20mg Tz

This (reconned freeze/thaw) has been discussed on many threads here on glp1forum. My two cents is always that dividing among empty vials which might themselves be worrisome for sterility isn't the route I choose to go. My three cents is that we shouldn't assume manufacturer instructions are purely based on scientific (rather than commercial) considerations, nor that they're based on biochemical (rather than mechanical) considerations.

For those highly interested, there's a very well-run group testing platform (known by its four initials) which not only commissions the usual vendor-batch third-party mass/purity testing, but also studies seeking to determine intellectual scientific matters. The best pathway I know of to membership is to join the Peppys forum (excellent in its own right), participate there for a few weeks, request upgrade to your member status, then search for how to join the affiliated but separate testing server.

The fact that something was not properly studied doesn't mean that needs to be for sure "scientifically bad idea"

For me "scientifically bad idea" is something that was already studied, it turned as bad, and we keep doing it
Regarding Triz there is already some evidence that this freezing after reconstituted it's not a problem at all

Do you agree?
Oh absolutely! But all the mainstream stuff you google, or event chat gpt warns against it like its the devil! I dont always use the right phrasing to get my thoughts across, im really on board with you on this!!!

This is rather huge news to me...Had I known this and not read over and over and OVER never to freeze Tirz after reconstituting I'd have bought the giant sized Lyophilized and reconstituted, then dibby it up into a ton of small vials which I'm guessing you guys are doing. Thanks for this info!
This is what I do, 1 have 120mg bottles of tirz and 60mg bottles of reta, and i feel better freezing it than leaving it in the fridge to potentially use for months.
