I have already pretty much stocked everything I have any interest in that is safe for me to use, but I just find it fascinating how varied they are and how different people use them.

For me, it would be epitalon. That fountain of youth is way too tempting to give up and it has really helped with my brain recovery after brain cancer, but I feel like it wouldn't make the cut for most people as it isn't an immediate effect.
