Can someone please link the metal pen from AliExpress/Alibaba? I can't find it now. It was called magic tattoo pen or something and was maybe $12-16. Already have the ergo and its great but yes it takes a little bit more push to inject.

I see a lot of people talking about injection pens, but there is little information about the cartridges. Click on AliExpress and we have these cartridge options available for purchase, but they are not sterile. How do you sterilize this material?

Sterilization is a whole messy process. To be done right involves popping them open and cooking them under pressure and steam.

But for most people it doesn’t matter. I neither filter nor sterilize carts and have not hit any issue. Because the bacteria involved is quite minimal and subcutaneous is very low risk.
