Issues sending BTC

You should move your BTC to a decentralized wallet like Trust once unlocked. AML algos flagged the vendor. Not a redflag but happens with all KYC centralized exchanges (ie Coinbase, Cash App, Kraken). It will continue to happen with many vendors and your account will eventually be closed until you transfer out your balance to your own wallet.

I don’t have to do the whole Coinbase to Exodus. I buy BTC from Exodus itself using the MoonPay platform and use my debit card (credit cards are blocked). Transaction is completed in like 10-15 mins depending on network speeds. Super easy.

I just spent over an hour trying to get my selfie verified with MoonPay never could get it done. I am very frustrated to say the least. Any tricks or tips? I hate and have always hated coinbase. 🙂

Hmm didn’t have any issues on my end way back when. Try contacting their support!

I did contact MoonPay support they had to send it up their chain they are supposed to get back to me.

If you used PayPal, don’t. Unrelated to peps, but my account was locked when I tried to do anything crypto related on their platform. Use exodus wallet there’s a guide in the crypto corner section.

This is the way........here is a tutorial to share @BrocolliBrian . If memory serves, someone on this site made it. Forgotten who ...... but it is a fantastic guide using CB to Exodus. Takes a little time to go thru the steps but it is crystal clear how it is done.

I used paypal to fund coinbase then sent it from a wallet.

I thought I had crypto figured out, I made 3 purchases using the Exodus/Paypal/Solana USDT guide here. Then yesterday Paypal wouldn't let me buy through Exodus. I had to call Paypal, unlock my account by answering a bunch of questions and even then it wouldn't unblock. I am going to try the above guide using Coinbase but does anyone know if I can just use the same steps listed in the instructions but use USDT instead of USDC? I already have some USDT and don't want to have to figure out how to change it. Thanks.

They froze my money too but I emailed all of the executive office emails I could find and they released my money the next day. Account still limited but I barely used it anyway…

I tend to stay in BTC territory - and mainly use Blue Wallet - which is delightfully simple to use. As a recent convert to crypto, I find this to be the easiest. Exodus? Way too complicated, in my view. Also, I have a couple of debit cards that each only work with certain apps.

For example, I have to use a Greenlight debit card to put money in Cash App, and either buy directly or convert it there to Bitcoin, and immediately send it to Blue Wallet - then get the BTC address of the vendor, set it up, and hit SEND. And that's it done.

Again - I use one specific debit card with Cash App, and a different one (Trulink) for Guardarian - and that's pretty much everything I need, vendor-wise covered.

Just download Cashapp, buy bitcoin through there and send to the sellers.

There ARE a few vendors who take credit card through Alipay and/or Alibaba (never used them, yet).

I would recommend go to search bar on top right corner and type "credit card". You'll see multiple vendors taking CC. HOWEVER, do your DUE DILIGENCE and double check to see if they're truly legit - look at the reviews, join their TG/Discord servers and check the reviews there.
