Just got Epithalon 10mg kit- am I really supposed to pin these entire vials...?

I want to run a cycle of epithalon and I knew I was ordering these two lots of 10mg, enough for 2 cycles, but now that I'm looking at them it's hit me that I should be pinning an entire one of these nightly? Is this right, am I missing something? Nothing else I've used had had anywhere near this volume, usually a vial of anything lasts me many weeks.

Do some searching here. That's the max dose of the older protocol. There is a long Epitalon thread that's fairly recent that will answer your questions. Then you can decide what your best option is.

I have been doing 5mg per day and have 3 days left of a 10 day cycle. There is so many different opinions on this one and others. You have to do alot of your own research and find what is truly best for you. This one there is information from 300 mcg to 10mg I even saw one that was 50mg. I decided to go in the middle of the road and see if it works for me. You can also look up different country's protocols on this since there are many that actually use this peptide.

Follow the science back and understand it. There are some pretty clear explanations out there as to what was done before and why it may not be right today. Unfortunately the Internet saving everything, and some folks just reposting old info as gospel leads to a lot of noise.
 
My experience (note: I started DSIP at the same time and changed ROA) , so this obviously isn’t a controlled experiment😉):

I initially started at 10 mg, sub q, taken about 30 minutes before bed, after what I believed was a reasonable amount of research. I ran that dose for three nights.

The results weren’t great:
  • Sleep quality was poor
  • Significant next day grogginess
  • Mild headache-like feeling
  • Overall, not restorative sleep
During that phase, my sleep score averaged around 50.

I then switched to 1 mg/day intranasal, and I’m currently on day 4 of that approach.

The difference has been noticeable.
  • I’m not sleeping longer, but I’m waking up far less (maybe once per night vs. 6–7 times previously)
  • Deep sleep is up ~25%
  • Sleep scores have been 96–99% consistently
This has been some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time.

Random thoughts....
Lower dosing and intranasal delivery may result in more favorable central nervous system signaling and less spillover into pathways that cause next day sedation or headaches. It’s also possible the higher dose was simply excessive for me. DSIP may be contributing as well.

Takeaway: In my case, more was not better. Lower dose + route of administration mattered far more than I expected.
