LIPO-C with NAD+

So you took it with the crystals (?). Hmm wonder what they are from ?
NO! I did not take it with the crystals, I requested a refund/replacement.

I have a vial from an earlier batch and ordered two more (that i received last week). I didn't even open the mailing envelope when I received them until I heard other users reporting crystaizaion.

The batch I am currently using is fine, no crystals.

You are the best for doing that! Thank you 💖

By the way.. I did email them and their B12 is Methyl. I would rather have that than the Cyano
@GimmeABreak Yes that’s what I was told as well. The Empower version uses the Methyl. The Hallandale Lipo C has the cyano version.
Both available at defy medical. I tried the Hallendale version.

I didn't understand the difference so I google'd it:

TLDR: Cyano B12 is the cheap stuff and Methyl B12 is good

Enter Google AI:
  • Production: CyanoB12 is synthetic, while methylB12 is naturally occurring.
  • Body use: The body can convert synthetic forms of vitamin B12 into natural ones. After absorption, the methyl group is removed from methylB12, and the body must re-form it to make it usable.
  • Supplements: CyanoB12 is more commonly used in supplements because it's less expensive than other forms of vitamin B12.
  • Foods: MethylB12 is found in foods like fish, meat, eggs, and milk
  • Health benefits: Both forms of vitamin B12 can help with conditions like B12 deficiency, pernicious anemia, ALS, and neuropathic pain. MethylB12 may also help with sleep quality and circadian rhythm.
Bioavailability: Some research suggests that methylB12 is more bioavailable than cyanoB12, while other research suggests that there's no difference in absorption or bioavailability between the two forms.

Update on the crystallized Pegasus Lypo-C.

I warmed up one of my vials by putting it the pocket of my sweats for a few hours this afternoon and the crystals are almost all dissolved.

I'll bet you could put it in 100-110 degree water (not submerged) and make it usable (if you dare).

Sous-vide LipoC anyone?

You let us know if you try it … for the sake of research of course 🤣

Nice find!

I thought it would be good to compare a few of the potential Lipo-C options and created this summary:

I am not sure which B12 is better but the Hallendale Bioboost has a much higher dosage. The lidocaine is kind of nice too. But no NAD+ in Bioboost and the Pegasus needs to solve the crystaization problem,. I am going to try Carved and see if I notice any difference between the other two (which I currently have in my lab).

Are you going to give it a go?
