Interesting I personally get very mild side effects which made me think low responders also responded low to side effects. ....
Low responder here, but with a different history - heard about the GLP1s a while ago, but only decided to dive in last year.
Skipped the Sema/Tirz 'old school' and went right for the shiny/new Reta. Gently eased up to 12mg over 16 weeks.
Immediate effects were a full feeling in the stomach and awful acid reflux. Unfortunately I had ZERO appetite suppression, I was starving hungry. Not even 'food noise' - I was ravenous!
The reflux was 24/7 and worse when (trying to) sleep. No food 8 hours before bed, no difference. My poor guts were not happy and I had lost a total of 4 pounds from starting weight.
Cut way back on the Reta and added 2mg of Cagri, for it's (alleged) appetite effects....Two months of that put an end to that myth too.
Currently up to 4mg of Survodutide. Two months in, I am down 9 pounds with zero reflux, wonderful sleep and mostly normal heartbeat.
Obviously a whole different effect than yours, TurnipGuy, as all I got was side effects!
