I appreciate your guys' kindness to all, including newbies/little guys and your extensive expertise that you're willing to share. Hugs!

I've liked sema just fine; have tried tirz at full price white market but need higher dose than 10mg/week so went back to sema @ around 1.5mg/ week.... may increase to max but trying not to acquire too much tolerance.

I feel like big pharma studies the more expensive glps now (for more profit), and puts sema a bit to the side?
Looked at one study that didn't include sema :( only lira/tirz/reta. It appears that tirz does a good job with blood glucose levels compared to reta... whereas reta is more beneficial for liver/kidney and maybe heart health.

No judgement, everyone's bodies & goals are different, so please no one take offense.... I am just wondering if * part * of the consumers preference for changing up to the newest glp is like when people go for the newest iPhone? For me, sema has been better than tirz as I didn't reach the high enough dose on it and it was much more expensive. But maybe there are other health benefits that o don't know about.

Is the increased price for newer products worth it due to additional health benefits (liver, kidney)?
Was thinking of trying tirz again, this time grey kits....

But has anyone looked at the % body fat lost according to studies for each of the glps and compared it to the price? Looking at official studies, there doesn't seem to be a huge difference from sema to the others?
But I'm not mathematically adept :/ :( maybe the calculations show one has the most cost/benefit?

Cagriline is supposed to be a beast but studies show people aren't seeing super enhanced results with sema + cagriline?

I don't have a ton of confidence in big pharma studies, but that is what we have to go on for calculations... aside from lived experience in the glp communities.

Anyway, tldr - anyone done the calc for the most cost/benefit effective glp? Comparing % body fat decrease & price?
Tysm fam!!!! :))))

If there are 100 people that answer this, you will get 100 different answers. lol

For me, Tirzepatide has been wonderful. The price is right and it continues to go down. Right now SRY has two 40mg kits for $350 with free shipping (I think). That’s is mind blowing to me that you can get over a year of meds for $350!

I don’t think Cagri is very effective as a stand alone, but it contributes greatly to results with any of the GLPs.

If sema works fine for you, that's great. I had a friend who was a drug sales representative and I remembered she had a drug that she loved. However, if a doctor told her that a patient was doing great on a competitor's drug, she said to keep taking it. Generally speaking, people lose more weight on tirzepatide and retatrutide. However, both are more expensive than semaglutide.

Yeah, you have a good point and why I'm tempted to staybon sema.
But there is that FOMO that maybe I'm missing something or overlooking something.
Like the additional benefits of reta for liver/kidney... or maybe the math shows tirz / cagriline is better when considering the increased body fat % loss to price.

Or maybe reta/tirz targets belly fat/waist to hip ratio better than sema & I should combine reta/tirz with sema.

Plus, anti inflammation & neuroprotective behaviour is important - if one is a lot better, it might be worth the extra cost.

You guys are right that everyone has different experiences! Some people seem to say cagri is a beast at weightloss and others don't care about it.

Definitely, $350/year supply for tirz is amazing price compared to buying over the counter!

That's good to know! What payment methods does SRY accept? Two 40mgkits, so basically 80mg x 10 of tirz.. approx 26 weeks of meds, if people dose at 30mg/week.

53weeks at 15mg/weekly @ $350, and free shipping to US + I think around $50usd shipping elsewhere.

That is probably equal or better to the AMO sale. Iirc amo has free shipping at a certain $$ purchase and $360 for tirz60 kit... possibly cheaper for non-US destinations. But SRY is probably better for US.

Does SRY re-ship if the package doesn't make it to it's destination? Or refund? I will check with AMO if they re-ship.

Also, do you guys take metformin + the glp1? In the biohacking/longevity communities, a lot of people like metformin for the longevity benefits.

I don’t think anyone is dosing 30mg a week. That’s twice the highest recommended dose. Pretty sure they have been testing up to 20mg.

I use AliBaba Pay with them but I think they take Crypto as well.

If sema is doing a good job on your weight, then I wouldn't switch to reta or tirz based upon largely unproven, at this point, health claims, particularly if money is a concern.

I did a simple value analysis and posted it elsewhere.

Of course, this can only assess generalities. People have different responses to these meds.

If you want to compare prices I encourage you to make a spreadsheet. You can quickly create useful numbers like "if I buy this kit, what is the cost per month assuming I am on the min/max dose."
