GLP-1 Enthusiast
Started Tirzepatide (compound, with B6) on July 29th. Have titrated up to 7 mg, and have been at this dosage for about a month. Noticed a fatigue when I got to around 4 mg, but couldn't really tell whether it was true fatigue, perimenopause, eating too little, or just a total disappearance of compulsions of all kind. Since all of my hobbies are sort of based in compulsion (I woodwork and paint and make jewelry and other useful items because I'm dying to see what THIS new thing will look like) or food (I forage and garden because it means I get to eat better and more interesting things), it was hard to pin down why I suddenly just wanted to sit on the couch with the cats, learn how to do gel nails, and mess around on the internet.
Started stacking a small dose of Survo, which helped me not be exhausted by the end of a workday, and ran a cycle of KLOW (which I felt helped a tiny bit), and then later started the mitochondrial stack (am in my 3rd week of the SS-41 part with the NAD+).
I'm on vacation this week, and am thrilled to have just spent the last two days straight in my woodshop, working on a maple and walnut toy box for my old boss, and an elm and purpleheart box for just-cause. I'm also celebrating a ten-year-old girl's birthday tomorrow and just finished making her a beautiful necklace.
I cannot even come close to pinning down why I suddenly have the ability to get off the couch, because I am running WAY too large a stack right now and will lay off after this cycle of KLOW and the mitochondrial thing are over, and not run so much at once after this because oh come on, stop that. But MAN am I grateful to be awake and interested in things!
