It doesn't come easy...
Just a ramble... I spoke to someone yesterday that said, "hey, that fat shot is really working, eh?" I had a few responses tee'd up in my head like: maybe it's the change in my diet, or the fact that I quit drinking more than 1 drink, or the fact that I now stand at my desk, or the fact that while you are sleeping I'm trying to hit that next mile, or the fact that I am balancing my life with exercise and supplements necessary to be the man my family needs me to be..."

I just said, "guess so..."

This is my journey... and I appreciate being able to share it with y'all!

PS: breakfast at 5:30- 75mg test E, 100mg Nad+, 1mg tesa, .5mg ipa, .5mg BPC-157, .5mg TB-500, 500mg metformin... LFG!!!

agreed. I need to start doing all that shit you mention above.

P.S. those fat shots are really working.😆

You have been my inspiration for some of the protocols that have folks in the retail channels going, "huh? Hunter said I shouldn't do that..." So... thanks, I guess?? 😆 🤣

if someone finger wags about something it just makes me want to figure it out and do it that much more.

you got any hair under that cap? i'm enduring the pain of GHK-cu to try and stop the receding hairline. working on fat and beauty.

Less and less with every mg dose of Semax...

I had started the Dutasteride months ago but it seemed to raise my BP so I quit. I also have the BPH so had another really good reason to take it.

they're actually liqui-caps so I was thinking of punching a hole in them and applying directly to the scalp.

I never tried the microneedling method, but I did do 3.4mg daily protocol with injectable for a month... originally by mistake (SRY overfill to 100 instead of 50), but I loved how I felt, so I finished the protocol. Love that shit! Not as much as ss-31, but still up there.

You are killing it my friend, good work.

That response sounds sufficient- We all have our method of communicating our program with our friends. It is your story to tell, you choose how to do it.

It is an interesting conundrum, and I personally have not shared with many, although I am sure there are rumors.

PS: tell that mf'r "too bad for them, they don't have ugly shots" 😛

I see it both ways, honestly.

Yeah, I totally changed my diet. Yeah, I started lifting five days a week. Yeah, my life essentially looks totally different outside of work hours now than it did +70lb of fat and -20lb of LBM ago.

But those changes all happened after I started the GLP-1s. I had made attempts before, but never had these results or stuck with it. So, the drugs are definitely doing a lot of the work. I'd like to think I'd keep it up either way, but I'm glad that I don't need to attempt to.

Granted, but the idea that I look better merely because of Glp1s, and (as insinuated) only Glp1s, is kind of a slap in the face.

You should have bragged about how much bigger your junk looks now that you lost weight, then asked if they wanted to see it.

I started injecting B-Complex, specifically with B-5 (Pantothenic Acid) because it’s being studied to reverse gray hair. It has helped with that and my hairline is getting fuller. It starts after about two months with really fine hairs growing in. I also take Vitamin E and collagen. It’s all pretty affordable and worth a try.

Have you ever messed with Ahk-Cu?

I have only told my partner and hooked up a few friends (usually just send them to Alexa, I don't trust them to be smart enough to navigate other avenues. A few I told if they're willing to Venmo me I'll get it myself for them.) But anyone else who asks, it's because I came off the medicine that made me gain weight to begin with. It's half true; I came off of it and lost 50lbs without even trying before stalling.

As a side note, while I appreciate wanting something to help hair growth, I'm working on that myself, you have a great facial structure to get away with a bald head if you keep the facial hair.

I'd also look into microneedling with certain compounds- haven't tried it myself, but a lot of the girls on my beauty servers say they have great results. That in conjunction with the above suggestions would probably help quite a bit. If you don't have pets around, minoxidil is pretty cheap too if you go the Indian route.

I tell everyone I meet I buy mystery powder from china. Especially when I'm buying new clothes (practically every month)

Man you’re killing it! Another those words of others get in the way. Usually when people are hypercritical of someone’s success they want to find a way to admonish it because of their own feelings… for example someone knows they need to lose 20 or 30 pounds and have been unsuccessful. They want to make fun of you for being successful or find a way to make themselves feel better.

What's the timeframe on these results? How long have you been on your journey... (edited to not dicount your hard work)
Aug 2024 -> May 2025
Worked up to 5mg of Tirz until Oct 2024
Switched to Reta
Tested as hypogonadal in Dec24 so started trt (with a prescription) but take WAY less than the clinic doses
In Feb 2025 I added some gh.
(I don't recommend these other treatments unless your willing to do a ton of research and monitor your bloodwork closely) It isn't necessary and I achieved 95% of my results with just reta/diet/excercise)

5'10.5 156lbs (started 256lbs) ~15%BF
Diet is not strict but roughly 160g Protein 100g carbs 30g fat
Mixed free weights and calisthenics
Push/Legs/Pull/Push/Legs/Pull/Rest 6weeks ramping up and 1 week off.
Avg 8k steps everyday (in reality I only get this 70% of the time).
I've been trying to run 5k once a week (current time 31m) Worked up from 1k runs.

Current:
Injectables:
Reta 8mg/wk
Test 25mg/3xWk
gh 2iu/day

Daily Pills/Supplements:
Nexlizet for cholesterol
Creatine 6g
Metamucil Fiber 2Tbls because I'm bad about eating vegetables
MultiVitamin because I'm bad about eating vegetables
D3/K2 5k because I was low
Omega3 because I'm trying to make sure my skin is as healthy as possible
