I am 50+ and currently take Triz 7.5. I lift 5 days a week (for the last 30 years). I am looking to loose another 10+ pounds and would like to boost my energy (im always tired) would like to gain some more muscle. I am looking to reduce my Triz and add in Reta. Any other middle aged guys have recommendations to add to my stack?

I’m 51.

So… I am on Tirz with Reta, I love it. I have definitely noticed a difference with it. Pounds are dripping off of me. I’d love to see a six pack. And I believe this is attainable with this stack. No food noise. I am in the gym at least 5 days. Lift, walk, and stare at my wifey as she works out too. LOL.

I also take Glow, Semax/Selank, and TRT. I love what I feel with this particular stack.

After much reading & testimonies… I want to try MotC, SS31, and NAD. It’s supposed to be amazing.

I’ll probably drop Semax/Selank for a month and attempt this new set.

I will not give up Tesa. Tirz/Tesa is an amazing combo. I’m sticking with it.

How are you dosing? Do I just kinda wing it and see what feels right? Do you take Tirz + Reta + Tesa together?

That depends on your metabolic health and a number of other details.
If you're "sluggish" you may benefit from a round of ss-31 AND Mots-c, or even just jumping to Reta from Tirz or adding in even a 500 to 1000mcg bump of Reta added to your current Tirz dose.
Without knowing more details about background health data it would be just random shotgun naming of peps for anyone to suggest too much more.

You should look up "mitochondrial protocol" in search. I'm going to run it periodically.

CJC+IPA is also a nice addition, as is GHK-CU.

I struggle with weight, but, other than that, I am healthy. Tirz got my weight down to 183lbs (start 207) and I am 5ft10. So, weight is not bad (but I want better. Would love to see some abs).

Well Mots c ans Nad essentially do the do the same things not exactly but close enough one dossnt need use them together.

Ss31, semax and selank.. well id use only one or the other.. like Ss31 or Semax and st rhe start of the day. Selank I find helps much more at night like hr before bed idea.

Tesa use in the morning as well and id run reta at night for my shot.

Old guy stack by reseach

Bpc157
Tb500
GHK-CU
Ara290
Nad+
Mots c
Ss31
Epitalon (run 3 weeks 3 x yearly idea)
Cjc dac/impormelin
Hgh but this stores water

Cognitive/sleep
Semax
Selank
Dsip?

Treziptide vs. Reta vs sema, well many use sema during a cut now belive it or not.

This is
Fat - Retatrutide + MOTS-c
Recovery,injury healing - BPC-157 + TB-500
Healthy aging,energy - MOTS-c + SS-31 + Epitalon
Muscle retention and recovery, CJC-1295 w Ipamorelin

Personally Retatrutide at 4mg weekly spilt between 2mg and 2mg like Mon and Friday idea.
Works really well but everyone's body is different. By getting bloodwork proper you can see whats low as to which is causing you low engery.. winging it isnt really the best way when its so easy to get your bloods

What type of blood work should I be requesting?

I am two weeks into this protocol I built based on a lot of anecdotal stories on this forum. I am 54M

51M here. Here's my $0.02:

Reta 2.5mg/wk - down 20lbs in 3 months (27%BF to 18%BF). Just titrated up to 4mg/wk after a two week stall in weight loss.

KLOW - 2.5mg GHK-Cu, 0.5mg each KPV, BPC157 & TB500 daily. Knee injury healed, about to finish 3rd vial and cycle off.

CJC/Ipa - 250mcg each twice daily for a month. Great sleep, highly recommend it. I place a high priority on sleep for recovery and energy. If your energy levels are low, give your sleep hygiene a critical look. Bed time routine starts at 10pm every night. CJC/Ipa helped me fall asleep right away.

I stopped CJC/Ipa and started HGH this week. Supposedly better than CJC/Ipa for older people. Got IGF-1 tested before the switch, results still pending.

Tempted to try SS31 and MOTS-c due to reputation, but kind of sick of pinning so much.

I highly recommend blood work… I did see someone else has posted this as well. Checking overall metabolic health too.

Also… I take 5mg Tirz once a week and 2mg Tesa nightly. The Tesa is supposed to taken on a fasted stomach. So I don’t eat after 8pm. Ever. Tesa does help with sleep. I am also taking 5mg of Creatine nightly. I sleep like a baby.

Tesa is a secretagogue… read about it before you jump on it. Blood tests help for this too.

I do not currently use Reta. I have no experience with it.
