I would say TRT was very helpful but I tested bloodwork and studied thoroughly prior to starting.
It can cause estradiol issues if you are still high BMI, I waited to normal BMI to start.
The NAD-MOTS-SS31 combo seemed to be helpful combined with supplements.
A lot of the fatigue can be low caloric intake: pump up the protein to help with energy.
I would focus on mitochondrial support, supplements, and diet until you get closer to BMI range, although many start TRT sooner or other secretagogues to increase T, which is definitely a game changer. Keep in mind these will raise the scale slightly but help with composition.

After looking at many suggestions this is where I landed, keep in mind the SS31 is more commonly used at upwards of 30-40mg, but most protocols call for 5 days of 5mg.
Build the NAD up before starting and after finishing SS31
The SS31 should help the MOTS be more effective
Definitely take TMG when NAC or NAD dosing
