MOTS-C ISRs

So the burn is a thing, eh?
For some, they seem to experience ISR burn, I personally never have. If any at all it would be temporary at best. I did mix 10mg/1ml so had 2 doses in each vial, some say adding more BAC helps, others are concerned with PH. I might just be lucky or oblivious, a little sting goes away quickly on the occasion I had any at all.

I just remembered I had some MOTS-C from Verified Peptides. 10mg vial + 1mL bac water, did 5 mg/.5mL.
It stung a lot less than the GHK-Cu GLOW I did 9 units of, which I split into 3 separate injection sites. That shit still SMARTS every time.

Curious: did you pin both doses in a day, or space them out? Either way (and I know it has been disproven, but), did you notice a degradation in effects on shot 2 when taken later?

the 10/1 I was referring to was just reconstitute mix, some might mix 1.5ml BAC.
I use simple math when reconstituting, if i want 1/3 total pep, i triple my desired BAC. in this case I want 1/2 pep so I doubled Bac. IE: 10MG vial = 2 doses no matter how much bac i add. 2 ml would be 1 ml per dose. 1 ml is .5ml per dose, and so on.

My protocol was 5mg 3x per week. I think the effect was more underlying than obvious, but I will be doing another cycle soon. I also did the SS-31 for first 30 days and took TMG.

My next protocol is likely going to be SS-31 morning, Mots evening.
Quantifying effects is challenging as there are many factors, not the least of which is the Tirz fatigue.
I do feel like there are benefits, and from what I have read, many that are just not feels.

Do you think I shouldn't go straight to Mots-c? On Tirz now. Should I start with ss, then move on to mots?

I am not sure I understand the question. I used these for other reasons than Tirz so these are stacks/etc.

This is what my girlfriend (AKA ChatGPT) has to say about this:

Using MOTS-C While Taking Tirzepatide

MOTS-C and Tirzepatide (GLP-1/GIP receptor agonist) can be used together, but some factors should be considered:

Potential Benefits of Combining MOTS-C and Tirzepatide:

✅ Enhanced Fat Loss – Tirzepatide improves insulin sensitivity and reduces appetite, while MOTS-C enhances mitochondrial function and fat oxidation.
✅ Improved Energy & Metabolism – MOTS-C helps with cellular energy production, which may counteract any fatigue from GLP-1 agonists.
✅ Muscle Preservation – Tirzepatide can sometimes lead to lean mass loss, but MOTS-C supports muscle health and endurance.

Considerations & Precautions:

⚠️ Potential Increased Insulin Sensitivity – Both compounds improve insulin sensitivity, so blood sugar levels should be monitored to prevent hypoglycemia.
⚠️ Fatigue & Nausea Risk – GLP-1 drugs can cause nausea, while MOTS-C may briefly lead to fatigue. Start with lower doses if needed.
⚠️ Dosing Timing – Some prefer using MOTS-C on non-Tirzepatide injection days to avoid overwhelming the system.

Suggested Dosing Strategy:

  • Tirzepatide: As prescribed (usually weekly).
  • MOTS-C: 5 mg 3x per week for 4-6 weeks, then taper or take a break.

So is the mots-c 3 x a week more for strength during workouts? I don't work out, I just want to combat the Tirz fatigue. Would once or twice weekly do that?
