I love what MOTS does for my energy and strength during lifting. What I don’t love is the itchy lumps it often leaves for days. 😭 I’ve tried MOTS from 3 different vendors at this point: QSC, TCI and PGB.
Q mots was the worst - burned immediately after pinning and the longest persisting lumps. TCI was the mildest for me with ISRs. Recently got some PGB stock and while the effects are great I’m back to dealing with lumps under the skin. Considering offlloading the kits I got and going back to TCI. 😭 does anyone else struggle with the ISRs from this specific pep?

I have found pinning in the upper glute does not cause an ISR. Might be worth a try.

How much are you diluting it? I mix so that 5mg is 50 units. That gives me an 'acceptable' burn using MOTS-C from QSC. I tried concentrating it to 5mg in 20 units. That was not fun.

You make a fine point, maybe I should dilute it more - currently I add 1ml to a 10mg vial which makes my 5mg doses 50 units…i don’t love the idea of making the injection more units but if it prevents the lumps…

Ssa motsc seems good. I mix 0.5ml into 10mg and take the whole thing. It itches but doesn't leave a bump

I only add .5ml BAC to Cain's and no ISR's, even injecting the entire 10mg vial into the glute. I did notice ISR's when pinning 5mg of PGB's into my thighs but only lasted about an hour or so. I may switch back to PGB next week to see if I notice a difference.

When I injected 1ml I had horrible ISR every single time. Next vial I decreased it so my dose was with 0.25ml - I did it very slowly and had no stinging or ISR.

Using PGB Mots-C, 2 ml for 10 mg, so 50 units for 2.5 mg dose. It burns and itches for an hour or two and then goes away but leaves a visible bump for a few days. Diluting it more might help.

I also add some air to syringe and flick it so the air bubble is next to the plunger. I read somewhere that the ISR might be from the last drop or two when you withdraw the needle.

I pin again tomorrow and will dig some PGB out of the freezer to see if I get a different reaction than the Nexaph. I will also check the PH to see if it might be the reason for so many people reporting ISR's.

Ph should be where for the mots? I have strips

I'm not really sure, but if I had to guess 4-6.5 would make for a fairly comfortable pin.

I forgot to test the PH when I reconstituted this morning and I did get a mild ISR pinning 10mg in the glute. Not too bad though, just a little itchy and a small bump under the skin. I'm thinking it will be better by tomorrow.

I just ordered from Nexaph. What dosing regiment are you all following? I'm looking to add it to the Tirz I'm taking (50 units @ 10/1).

Any recommendations?

Are you looking for a Mots-C Protocol or asking about mixing in vial?

GLP1s are recommended to not mix:
Here is a chart on mixing I have seen many times.

Protocol, but I've read several folks stacking Mots with tirz. The chart shows no stacking with GLP1s. Why would that be?
The chart is for mixing, not stacking using separate vials.

Many people add Mots-C while on tirz, just not in same vial.

There are many protocols, a common one I found is as follows, I have always heard use Hospira BAC water for reconstituting:

MOTS-c Protocol (6 Weeks)

  • Dose: 5mg per injection
  • Frequency: 3 times per week (e.g., Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
  • Duration: 6 weeks
  • Administration: Subcutaneous (SQ) injection

Tapering Off

  • Week 7: Reduce to 5mg twice per week
  • Week 8: Reduce to 5mg once per week
  • Break: After tapering, take a 4-6 week break before starting another cycle

Additional Notes:

  • It is often used for mitochondrial support, metabolic function, and endurance.
  • Can be stacked with other peptides like SS-31 or GLP-1s for added effects.
  • Always reconstitute with sterile water and store properly in the refrigerator.

I see where what I wrote seemed confusing. I want to keep myself at 50 units of as long as possible. Figured Mots would be a good addition.

I noticed you had the formula for 5mg, just thought you listed it for mixing. heh..
No big deal, chart might be useful for others.

There are many complimenting "stacks", you might check this Telegram out a ton of good data:
