My Cagri Chronicle: ongoing updates on progress with cag starting October 2024

Question to those who have tried both cagri (alone) and cagrisema combo: do you find a greater reduction in blood glucose and hunger with cagri alone or with cagrisema?

I have read many scientific studies on this topic (greater reduction with cagrisema) but I want to hear individual first hand accounts from the members here.

Scientific journals are not the be all and end all of everything. Prime example Nova Nordisk is currently trialing sema weekly dose of 7.2mgs …

That to me that seems reckless and irresponsible even. I personally was not able to handle more than 1.65mg weekly dose of sema without severe sides.

I ended up getting pancreatitis and found my sweet spot with sema no dose higher than 0.8mgs so thats where I will stay.

I know some other forum members are even trialing cagrireta and saying stuff like this is the GOAT stack. I havent tried this stack yet …
I don't monitor glucose sorry

ok, did my own version of the FULL SEND today. i had a terrible week of hunger and snacking last week so i decided now is finally time to go from tirz 12.5 to 15. but egads, i could only draw 11.7mg remaining out of the vial! the rest of my vials are 30mg each so i didn't want to get caught in a cycle of half doses in every vial so i decided to pin just the 11.7mg.

and i also had 1mg/1mg of cagrisema left in a vial so i pinned that too. 11.7mg tirz, 1mg cag, 1mg sema on monday morning. and i'll fire up a new vial of cag on thurs/fri this week if i need to.

gained a couple pounds last week, snacked a lot, ready to nip this in the bud and get those last 10-15 pounds out of here, lfg.

sounds fun! add a little reta for a cherry on top! my stack so far 15mg of tirz 1mg of cagri every 3 days and 2mg of reta in the middle

as my stomach is much much acidic.
Interesting you mention that. I used to have that issue with Reta and Tirze, but Cagri seems the opposite, seem more alkaline to me, and my stomach feels great when I added cagri. Could be just me, or is anyone else feeling the same? Unless it is TB 500 having that effect, as I've been pinning it about same as I started Cagri, so its either cagri or TB, but very comforting since the acid reflux was bothering me quite a bit.

How much are you loosing each week? Am increasing all 3 also, slowly, as my stomach is much much acidic.
lets say i've lost more weight on this combo then any other i've tried so far. prolly down 3-4 a week but i diet and workout daily as well. I think Tirz and cagri are amazing after you get over the frist few weeks of tired feeling. I also pin TRT twice a week and Lipo-c a few times a week

Reflux has subsided over time but I never connected it with cagri. Maybe 🤔???

I feel great so far today. Had a protein shake, some leftover sloppy joe meat, and some pretzels. Will be ready for dinner at dinner time. Also purging retained water from my carbo load last weekend

Guys wish me luck, I just pinned myself with 3mg of Cagri thinking I was pinning Tirze. Plus I had already pinned yesterday about 0.7mg. Holly molly it will be fun in next couple days lol
I'll keep you posted(if I'll live to tell hahaa). Does anyone know what's the highest anybody has done?
It's been almost six days since I did 4mg of cagri (by mistake) and not only the rapid losing has returned but I seem to be melting away lol. lost 7lbs in five days. No side effects other than appetite suppression, so yes cagri seems a sure bet if your losing has stalled. btw I'm also pinning 5mg of tirze every Monday.

Wow congrats. That's a huge week. I need a couple of those.

So what now? You going to do it again next week?

no not that much. I pinned 1mg cagri last night as my apetite started to creep up again, and my usual 5mg tirze on Monday. I don't know if you are doing cagri or how you are reacting to it, but i would up the dose of cagri if I were you (in case you haven't been able to start losing again). I would not do more than 1.5 to 2mg though as I'm sure that would be enough for most if not all people. And if you get some of the symptoms just go easy on food, very light. One day I only ate two apples for example, as I felt my stomach might not want much else. Basically i would stick with your favorite fruits as they're are easy to digest.

yeah i'm tirz + cag 5 days later. it's all documented in this thread. been doing 12.5 tirz + 1mg cagrisema to now, getting ready to go to 15mg tirz monday, switching back to straight cag, will up dose probably to 1.5mg to start.

also just upped from adderall 10mg 2x/day to 15mg 2x/day and that seems to be holding off the appetite today as well

Update for this week. The tirz 11.7mg + cagrisema 1mg/1mg on Monday seems to be doing well. I hit my January goal weight a week or two ago but I was in a state of dehydration so it was kind of cheating. Today on Jan 30 I was still 2 pounds higher when I got up, so I rushed downstairs and pinned another 1mg of cagri with plans to basically fast today.

An hour later went I went to shower I tried again and the scale had moved to a new low (by 0.2 pounds) and a little below my January goal - but this time not dehydrated!

So we'll see how this extra cag treats me this weekend.

4 pounds to go to my February goal and I can probably cheat my way there (hot epsom salt bath, bottle of wine, cardio exercise the night before a weigh in lol).

Also got labs back this week and they are stunningly good. Cholesterol, blood counts, liver and kidney function, all look excellent. Testosterone on the low end but normal, and criminally deficient in Vit D so I'm maxing out on 4000 IU/day for a while. But my labs make me look like a healthy human being. Blood pressure also in the 120s/80s range and the AHI on my CPAP device is running in the 3s and 4s most nights, hasn't been that low since I started therapy.

Everything's coming up roses

Also wanted to note recently increased energy levels, alertness and wakefulness. There is a new stack in town, and I'm a terrible scientist, lacking a control sample, but in the last two weeks I have:
- not been drinking
- consistently taken a sublingual b12 daily
- started liposomal nad+ for funsies
- maxed out on vit D at 4000 IU/day for a few days
- kept up with the aforementioned tirz/cagrisema stack

something in this stack has given me a boost, in the mornings especially i feel alert and awake, i can almost physically feel my eyes being open wider. I really want to credit the NAD+ but i'm afraid it might just be that i've cut out alcohol for a couple weeks.

anyway, i've been feeling amazing man. not used to this.

Same here, I think I'm being addicted (in a good way) to this peptide thing. Feel better than ever felt in last 10-15 years.
5mg tirze
1.7mg cagri

TB-500
bpc
semank
semax
mot-c
epitalon
cialis

i'm terrified now that i'm going to end up having to lift some weights or something to get to the next level. i play a lot of tennis and i'm in good fitness condition but i am NOT strong and don't really enjoy lifting. but i fear it's in my future, at least to some extent

At least you do play tennis. I'm not a fan of exercise period. LOL. But yeah, I do see light/moderate weightlifting and light cardio in near future also. We've got to protect the gains (in this case the loses in weight) we've made. I guess Glp1's spoiled us 😊

i have no answers on how to get mostly sedentary people like myself to consistently get some exercise, nothing in history has worked for me in a sustained way. the tennis thing seems good, i'm going on a couple years now, i play a couple times a week, it's good exercise but the nature of the game means it's not exhausting - you aren't running nonstop for hours, and being on a couple of teams means you get scheduled to play and don't have to force yourself to the gym. i'm not an elite athlete at this pace but i get my heart rate going and my calf muscles look great.

BUT - my overall point is, i don't really have any other good ideas on how to keep yourself active if it's not your style. it's hard. joining some sort of group or team might help with accountability, and i think another thing is that there is more and more research emerging that just shows WALKING to be an incredibly healthy activity. If nothing else, can you go for a 30 minute walk at lunchtime a few days a week? take a walking meeting? walk the dog? the recent studies on walking are just mind-blowing, it makes a huge difference.

You won’t enjoy lifting until a few weeks after you start. I used to love cardio and relied on it for mood/ weight loss. But my body looks and feels better doing more weights than cardio. I know it’s so hard mentally to begin.
