hi guys ive been using 4mm needles with my reta no issues but my friend is a doctor and said 8mm is better is this true I know should trust but why change?

I really don't think it would make a difference considering the fact that it just needs to get under the skin. If anything, I would be worried of accidentally injecting into muscle if you inject in the thigh area or under your arm.

4mm is enough. But many of us stopped using 4mm as it is just finicky and more likely to end up with site reactions. I actually prefer 6mm for most peptides and 8mm for very shallow IM on my delts and ventroglute (I'm very lean now so that works fine for me).

Im using 4mm pen needles because I wanted to see if 32G were painless. I have had some issues with them more than with 6mm 31G. But they work fine you just need to be sure you are pushing in far enough and maintaining position while injecting. For any GHK-CU you need longer, to avoid ISR. I am using 8mm.

I use 10 and 12 mm, esp for the spicy peps.
