4mm is enough. But many of us stopped using 4mm as it is just finicky and more likely to end up with site reactions. I actually prefer 6mm for most peptides and 8mm for very shallow IM on my delts and ventroglute (I'm very lean now so that works fine for me).hi guys ive been using 4mm needles with my reta no issues but my friend is a doctor and said 8mm is better is this true I know should trust but why change?
I use 10 and 12 mm, esp for the spicy peps.hi guys ive been using 4mm needles with my reta no issues but my friend is a doctor and said 8mm is better is this true I know should trust but why change?
Sounds like a doctor. Gives a half-ass explanation at best.but my friend is a doctor and said 8mm is better is this true I know should trust but why change?
yes that's what I was thinking I'm quite lean now so 8mm could hit muscle. so stay with 4mm or if needed 6mm maxI really don't think it would make a difference considering the fact that it just needs to get under the skin. If anything, I would be worried of accidentally injecting into muscle if you inject in the thigh area or under your arm.
Most people find the 8mm more comfortable, especially if they have been having spicy injections or ISRs. The rationale given to me was it gets the meds under the mast cell layer, which gives reactions and provides most of the pain. Pinch an inch before you inject so you don't inadvertently do a shallow IM injection.hi guys ive been using 4mm needles with my reta no issues but my friend is a doctor and said 8mm is better is this true I know should trust but why change?

Amo products summer/fall 2024. 🤣GHK-Cu, L-Carnitine, MOTs-c, and testosterone come to mind. 5-amino-1 for some, at least in the beginning.
