For context I am 41 m starting 219. Never considered myself fat/heavy but going by the BMI index I am obese ( yes I know it's outdated). Started my first dose at .5 this past Sunday and was surprised at the effects already. First day nothing but by day 2 my appetite was not what it normally is. In addition to the reta, I have a physical job and do lift moderately in the gym. Zero side effects and contrary to some posts I am sleeping like a baby. Hopefully I have the time to update this thread with useful/helpful information for anyone in similar shoes. Any questions are welcome.
 
Day 4. I am off from work today and that would normally mean getting up to help the wife and daughter get to school followed by a nice breakfast and cup of coffee. At the moment I have zero desire for food which is literally mind blowing to a guy like me who has been in such a routine the past few years. I haven't weighed in except to get a starting weight but I will post on Sunday as long as I remember.

Following! I'm starting next week as well. What's your dosing schedule going to look like? Are you going to ride 0.5mg as long as it's effective?

In all honesty I planned on a 4 week .5 dose but yes if after 4 weeks it's still working the way it should I don't see a reason to up it. My goal weight is around 200 so I'm not looking to jump to 2 or 4 mg just so I can drop 5 pounds a week.
 
Totally messed my days up, today is 6 and obviously yesterday was 5. Sleep has been amazing. Not sure if I attribute that to no alcohol and healthy eating but either way I am enjoying it. Woke up today with a slight headache, felt like I had my protein and carbs yesterday so today I'm going to add electrolytes into some of my drinks. Weighing in Sunday and looking forward to it. This weekend I am going away with a few couples were food and drinks will be flowing. Im not worried about the eating but I am worried about the awful hangovers people have experienced. Will keep you guys updated.
