the point of a reship agreement is to follow the rules stipulated in the (you guessed it) agreement. no one put a gun to cains head and told him to guarantee 99% or above or a reship. there's other vendors out there like ASC who put 98% for this very reason.

people want what they are owed.

I never said I was the boss of you or ordered you to do anything, I asked for clarification because you seem very upset with some people for doing some thing (unclear to be honest), and decided to hop into a basically dead thread to start cussing everyone out.

The point of it, is to replace substandard product.

Also, I'm like 99% sure there was no "reship agreement" that said anything about peptidetest being an acceptable test site, only Jano.
Only problem is people assumed that it was valid for peptidetest. In which case I think it's you who doesn't understand business agreements.

there's been tons of discussion here as well as other forums/discords/telegrams because the situation on multiple levels is incredibly complex and gray when it comes to cain and nexaph. but then you decided to just hop into a thread that had mostly died down and unpromoted started calling people whiny bitches because you either don't care about the situation(s) at hand or just don't understand them.

I think we can all agree it’s a pretty bad look to market yourself on a purity guarantee, fund testing of your products, and then not honor the guarantee when the testing you funded returns a result that falls under the threshold. Maybe he is technically in the right, he wouldn’t be the only one to require Jano reports for reship (which is totally reasonable), but he prob should have considered this potential outcome when choosing labs to fund testing with. Oops.

While I understand the concerns about this company, I do have to say that I have probably learned more in this thread than any others, from both users and critics, and I certainly have yet to see any other vendor engage this much. So, thanks all.
