No energy

I've just started on Kimera's Pegasus and I think it helps. I didn't have much fatigue with tirz though - I'm taking it because I just started stacking cagri, which does make me a bit tired.

My wife has no energy on Tirezepatide is there something she can take to help with this
Is she eating? Many of us end up in (over)extreme caloric deficit and as much as we would like to, our bodies won't let us run at full speed on just our reserves.

You may be able to compensate for it with some supplements or peptides, but it is normal - the body is using more energy than it is getting from food, so it's in energy deficit. That's how weight loss without amphetamines works.

I’ve had the same issue. Has she had her free Test, free T3, and other hormones checked? If she is already hormonally optimized, alternating or switching to Reta may help. I’m doing 50/50 Tirz/Reta and feel less lethargic.

I've tried amphetamines. I lose weight quickly. A month or two later, the weight comes back. By the way, I take the amphetamines for ADHD. Twenty-four years after I began taking them, my Adderall still works great . . . for ADHD.

A small minority of people, including me, experience a great deal of fatigue on tirzepatide. I thought I was sick; so did the doctors. Eventually the fatigue largely went away. I also reduced the dose. I don't take anything to help with fatigue. However, I am adding retatrutide, which I believe is less likely to cause fatigue.
