No energy

I've just started on Kimera's Pegasus and I think it helps. I didn't have much fatigue with tirz though - I'm taking it because I just started stacking cagri, which does make me a bit tired.

You may be able to compensate for it with some supplements or peptides, but it is normal - the body is using more energy than it is getting from food, so it's in energy deficit. That's how weight loss without amphetamines works.

I’ve had the same issue. Has she had her free Test, free T3, and other hormones checked? If she is already hormonally optimized, alternating or switching to Reta may help. I’m doing 50/50 Tirz/Reta and feel less lethargic.

I've tried amphetamines. I lose weight quickly. A month or two later, the weight comes back. By the way, I take the amphetamines for ADHD. Twenty-four years after I began taking them, my Adderall still works great . . . for ADHD.

My wife has no energy on Tirezepatide is there something she can take to help with this
A small minority of people, including me, experience a great deal of fatigue on tirzepatide. I thought I was sick; so did the doctors. Eventually the fatigue largely went away. I also reduced the dose. I don't take anything to help with fatigue. However, I am adding retatrutide, which I believe is less likely to cause fatigue.

I had the same issue with Tirz, which helped somewhat when adding/ alternating Reta. I just got some Pinealon from PGB which might help the mental fatigue, possibly. I’ve also got Test cyp on the way to see if that helps energy and motivation. If either are “magical,” I’ll post an update on the forum.

@2boxers

2 weeks isn't very long, but I do recommend she get a full blood panel if she hasn't to check for any and all deficiencies (vit D, iron) as well as full conversation about her hormone levels. Is she in menopause? Post menopause?
Taking HRT?

I'm in her age range and I am taking supplements to help with fatigue due to menopause because I am not taking hormones. I was feeling tired before starting tirz due to meno.

Tirz specifically:: I split dose and that was a game changer for me recently. I'm in maintenance and instead of once a week I'm now Friday / Monday. I also agree less is more with Tirz -- of course I have noticed there are variances depending on the source.

Has she had any labs done before starting ? There are companies you can contact directly for lab work, it's all out of pocket , but can be done. I had chronically low vitamin D. This, with Triz, had me feeling pretty lethargic. Also, dehydration and an extreme caloric shortage, as others have said, can cause it. I definitely still feel some fatigue during specific parts of the day. But since balancing my diet and correcting what I can after my labs has helped extremely.

I also felt no energy on tirzepatide. It's a side effects that's not nearly as universal as the experiencing gastrointestinal distress at some point, but it's still common.

I believe we're in a minority in the grey GLP-1 community: I also dose twice per week.
