No energy

I believe we're in a minority in the grey GLP-1 community: I also dose twice per week.
I like the steady lower level. I was getting tirz fatigue 48 hrs after shot day because the levels were to high in my system. I literally had to plan for a tirz fatigue day ... now -- that's all gone as is tirz fatigue ..🥹😌 I feel like I get the benefits without the side effects. It's nice.

I also felt no energy on tirzepatide. It's a side effects that's not nearly as universal as the experiencing gastrointestinal distress at some point, but it's still common.
I'm running 5mg of tirz, currently. I've noticed a little lethargy. But it's been pretty minimal. My BM have changed, I'm lucky to see one every 2-3 days. Early on I did have some Constipation. Just really working to hit 100% of my fiber intake and extra magnesium . It's helped. Wondering how the fatigue will be once I hit 7.5 / 10mg.

I think a lot of people do it every 4-5 days to skip the food noise on day 6-7.
I switched to 5 day dosing at the same equivalent 7 day dose for a month or two trying to lower the fatigue by making the highs a little lower, and the lows a little higher compared to 7 day dosing. I always feel the most fatigue on day three after my shot. What I found with this dosing is my weight loss was about the same but with more shots per month, I ended up having more fatigue days per month. Switched back to 7 day for a few weeks and now added Reta and quickly titrating down Tirz for a soft landing into maintenance.

So far reta is helping with the fatigue but I have only had one 2mg dose (four-days ago), so we'll see.
