Predicting Vendor Sales/Promo Trends

Hi all, I've been around for a minute and haven't seen this topic discussed.



I know sometimes there will be hints dropped about promos on discord and telegram. But it seems like there are holiday sales pretty often, sometimes Eastern holidays and sometimes Western. Is there any way to expect certain holidays or times to trigger a sale at most vendors? For example, I'm wondering if the return from their current holiday will lead to a juicy sale.

I am also interested in this although I suspect the easiest sales to predict would be the most common holidays or something like "black Friday" or "cyber Monday".

there will be one 100%.. and it has nothing to do with holidays.. they just have a random sale ("promo" or "group buy")... and they are pretty frequent too.. and then you realize there's no rhyme nor reason to them other than "to move the goods"

A few vendors on discord have said they have big promos coming up this week after their holiday. Gotta make up for that (well deserved) week off
