That’s why it’s 3x the price. Different strokes for different folks.I messaged Tracy on WA for a price list and she sent it over. The sheet said 3-5 days domestic US stock, I asked her 3-5 days, she responded 2-10 days, I’m thinking, what kind of shit shipping would take longer than ups ground to do a domestic shipment that would take that long being in the US. I’m sure they are not putting on stamps on a package and sending it usps. A professional in this business would know it should take no longer than 4-5 tops. I’m on my second order with nexaph and that shit is like Amazon Prime, 2 days if you pay for it. I was planing to giving them a test buy but the answer wasn’t right to me. True Domestic Stock ships within days.
This wasn’t a case of throwing away packaging. I took pics of the 2 packages, asked which was the Tirz and which was Epitalon, they told me the WRONG info. If i took their word for it it could’ve been very bad. Since their cust service was SO bad, i decided to get it tested thank god. This IS a waste as ive ordered 7 times from 4 different companies and NEVER had my product not labeled and definitely never been labeled the wrong peptide. This is dangerous. Not sure why everyone defends this as normal. it isnt. I totally get liking a vendor, but there is no excuse for either mislabeling a peptide as a different one or Not labeling at all and giving the wrong info of what the peptides were. I get the “missing the sale”, still not good cust service but ive come to terms with that, my post mostly is about the dangerous practice of NOT labeling the peptides and giving false info about which is which. That’s unacceptable under any circumstances. You weren’t overcharged, you just missed a sale. Testing your own product wasn’t a waste, it’s how you stay safe. Trust but verify.
QSC has posted repeatedly to not throw packaging away as that is what identifies your items. Although Tracy has said that items will be identified differently soon. There are so many people jumping into ordering from companies without doing proper research. QSC is known for shit customer service, sometimes slow af shipping and inconsistently sending tracking but usually only if you ask. They have competitive pricing and good coa’s though. I order btwn 3 suppliers and QSC is by far the least customer friendly, Tracy will happily tell someone to F off 😂 I’d suggest going with someone else next time
You are missing my point. You came in and ordered from a company without doing any amount of proper research then were surprised when you dealt with something extremely common. I’m not defending them. I’m saying the way things happened is their level of normal and you didn’t know that because you didn’t take the time to learn. You assumed major risk and I’m glad you tested your products, but that should be the norm. This wasn’t a case of throwing away packaging. Of course we give two craps about what you think, and that's why we keep feeding you the best promos and pricing.
And again you’re missing my point. I didnt throw away the packaging, I took pics of the packaging, not the vials. The barcodes were included in the photos i sent them… they both had the same barcodes with the same text on them… identical. So obviously they fucked up. Then just guessed as opposed to coming clean. The price and time it took to get to me was expected. But none of the stories about them on here came anywhere close to what i experienced. You act like there are a ton of stories about them mixing up products for customers… there isnt. All thats on here are stories about a shitty attitude and that product takes awhile. So not sure how i was supposed to know that they were going to send me unmarked product and then tell me the wrong answer to which was which. I do a lot of research and didnt mind the time it took, they were highly rated and everyone on here has bought from them and everyone seemed to like them, with the exception that it takes awhile to get it. But whatever, not sauce why you’re defending them, but thats your deal. Im done with it. And there are a ton of other vendors with better pricing and never had an issue with any other vendor so no need to ever go with them again. You are missing my point. As far as the mix up in which peptide was which, it’s always on a barcode on pkg’ing that nobody pays attn to. They usually ignore buyers who send pics of vials asking for ID bc it’s a guessing game at that point and not their problem. They’ve said they’re changing that and will make things easier to ID since people don’t follow directions. Not labeling was their way to avoid extra scrutiny since this shit is highly illegal.
Unacceptable or not, you are participating in international drug trade while expecting price adjustments and customer is always right mentality. They don’t gaf about you, it’s about their bottom line. I mean yeah, they try to keep people happy, but overall you’re nobody special.
For future reference, you should be able to id vials by checking their Jano reports and comparing tops.
