Pulling vials out of freezer to label them; talk me down

seems like a huge waste of time.
Or the ultimate joy in pep-craft! Crafting is one of my on/off again hyperfixations, and I enjoy merging my obsessions. If it’s a chore for someone—yeah, don’t do it! Slap a label on a kit with the date and call it good to go. But for those of us who enjoy organizational fun…oh! The satisfaction! These guys still need top labels …

Only have reta - using a spreadsheet w all the data and color cap. No need to label seems like a huge waste of time.
You have to label to be in the club...meetings are every Wednesday night...last night we had a guest speaker, Francisco Weidermeir of Niimbot Worldwide discussing the intricacies of permeant adhesives. More to it than you'd think...

And do we have any data that taking a frozen vial out of a freezer to label does any damage ? In my mind we would all know of this issue by now if it was true - 99.9999% u can do that as needed for majority of peppers.

I have a written excuse, will be sending it over asap.

Nice, thank you. I guess I probably could of went to nimbot website and looked it up myself 🤣 I would of thought amazon would carry them though. Weird.
Go figure. Amazon usually has everything.
I saw that, but I wanted over the 220 round ones in a roll, and don't need the normal or long ones.

My issue, I have a bunch from the same two vendors and they all use the same caps regardless of batch number.

I don't worry about that first part, and I now label when I get them in room or normally garage temp which has been running between 90*-95* this time of year.
Not sure you'll get them back if you send them to me. 🤣 😉

update: I printed off 30 labels, pulled my thermos full of 3 kits of t-30 (well, two and a half, that's the one I've been using from), and got to labelling. All vials instantly developed condensation on the outside, so I had to wipe each with a paper towel just before adding the label, and the time it took to empty it, place the unlabelled, wipe and label, move to the labelled side, then re-set all the vials in the thermos and close it up did let all of them come to room temp.

It was enormously satisfying, and I know from pulling single vials that were labelled in the past that I will be pleased whenever I pull a vial from this batch and realize I don't have to go look up the coa or triple-check the cap color to make sure I have the right thing. I think if I knew for an absolute fact that the single fifteen-minute thaw-refreeze did nothing of any significance whatsoever, I'd happy do the rest. But I don't, and since there really is no way for me to know for absolute sure at the moment, I won't do the rest and will instead just label any new ones that come in; and in the meantime, I'll content myself with a nimbotted label on the outside and inside of the thermos with what's in it, what color the caps are, and the mg and purity; one label for each pep. Oh, and I'll put the recon instructions and units from said recon so I never even have to do the math beforehand, that'll be nice.

You can order separate rolls of the clear rounds ones here. I just got these yesterday: https://a.co/d/0fwhDNf1

Also this is odd but beware of ordering them direct from Niimbot. I just did that last week and now they are being held of for some kind of inspection. WTF
"Delivery Exception, Investigation in Progress"
I just want some white round labels. Not trying to import a Panda or some shit.
No offense, but the clears suck. I tried them, and the don't show on the dark labels like dark blue and black. I ordered from Niimbot direct for 3 rolls of the round white awhile back, no issues. but they're aren't fast.

Agree. Not a big fan of the clear either but since my white ones got held up for inspection I grabbed the clear ones since it's the only version Amazon has and I could at least label some. But ya, once I get, If I get the white ones I'll be labeling them all with those.

Yay!... 😎 👍 I just finished labeling some Reta-20...I've got some T30 coming in supposedly today that I will label as well...I haven't fired up my new little deep freezer yet. I am planning on rounding out the reta with a few more kits, then into the kit-case and freezer...Nice day for labeling...

That's what's I do now. I didn't have these label makers when I got a bunch of my stuff a while back. I think I labeled around 140 or so. Just like 20 vials at a time.
If only I hadn't stashed like fifteen years worth of peptides and THEN bought a NIIMbot. Oh well; that means when I'm sixty, all the not-individually-labelled ones will be used up, but everything from that point on WILL be individually labelled, just in time for me be in a stage of life where I'll GREATLY appreciate things being simple, clear, and easier to see!
