Add a dotcom to that and you will find their website, where you can order what you want in a "normal" way.

PS. On their website, "L" stands for tirzepatide. So "L60" means Tirz60mg. (And just in case you are very, very new to the grey world ... you'd be ordering a TEN-pack (called a kit) for the quoted price -- not a single vial.)

Sorry to hijack the tread. My insurance just denied my prescription of Wegovy. I am retired and live of a fixed income. Been battling obesity for years. I wanted to ask if SRY is a reliable source. And they offer Sema 30 for $140 shipped. Is this not too much for 1 person? I was told it will last years be stored in a freezer. I am sorry but I am totally confused what to do and looking for some guidance. BTW I am in ENC New Bern.

There's a lot to a good answer for you, especially if you're not clear on the substantial learning a work to use grey-market products--which are sold in dry form and need to be reconstituted in a very precise manner.

The first thing I'd suggest is that you have your doctor appeal to your insurance company. I think it's a fast process, and seems to be part of the game.

And finally, I'd say you're a good candidate for nexaph.com instead of SRY. Note that these companies all quote a price for a 10-pack "kit", so when they say Sema-30, you're buying 300 mg total. And often considerably more, because of overfill (which you MUST know from a CoA test report to reconstitute and dose correctly)

A 30mg kit (300mg) would yield 600 .5mg doses (almost 11yrs!). One reconstituted vial could last you over a year (60wks)... I don't think you'll find much support here for storing a reconned vial that long. It would cost more than $140 to ship you to the ER. Pay more per milligram for a 5mg or 10mg kit. One 5mg vial would give you 4 starting doses (.5) and another 4 doses at 1mg meaning that vial is only in your fridge 7 weeks which is well within the fridge storage comfort zone.

Thank you so much. I went through 3 appeals and filed a grievance but no success. I am in the process to place an order with nexaph for S10, After all the reading I done it is quite important that the product you purchase is tested which seems to be the case with nexaph. So again, thank you so much for your help.

Please make sure you read the COA. Most of his stuff is overfilled. You do not want to get sick. If the COA says 11.5mg reconstitute for 11.5mg Not every vial will be the same but you would rather be safe than sorry.

To add to this, testing is specific to each batch. Although having many "good tests" will help provide confidence, and many "overfilled" will allow a guess as to volume of active ingredient , you need to see the test results for the batch you bought usually a date code with them and what it is-
Example Tirz30 would be something like T300328251 for today (if I remember correctly),
you can find many tests there by both vendor and 3rd party, 3rd party being ideal and Jano being gold standard.

Edit to add, their telegram and STG telegram can help you find specific batch tests

I just got a package from Nexaph. That's 3 days, and the packaging was top notch. There are benefits from ordering from a supplier with a US warehouse.

Also, I emailed the anonymous email that sent the updates out of excitement and just seeing if anyone read that mailbox, and Cain responded almost immediately thanking me for the kind words. They read them, and I will probably stick to US based until the tariff war cools off.

So the testing results aren't sent with the package? Am I understanding correctly that I'd have to search that specific batch on telegram to find posted results?
