Peptide-Test had a lab tech note that the amopure for L30 was a different consistency, and it was more "annoying" to work with, keep in mind you need to read this on the inverse, sorry it's how discord search works (check timestamps).

Let me be very clear, the stinging while it would be nice to point to a specific thing and say "THIS IS IT", I doubt even Amopure would have a direct answer.

I think there was something different between L30 vials and L60 vials, and it's definitely possible that the L30 vials were more prone to stinging based on everyone's statements in this forum as anecdotal evidence. I think though that the whole thing got blown up to a really large "hey Amopure has this huge problem", when in reality it was probably slightly wrong measurement or some kind of manufacturing issue with a small batch of the L30 stuff or an employee was having an off day while making it. It's noted Amopure offered to replace orders affected if the person sent proof of destruction of existing product (what a weird request right?).

Many people measured the pH of their vials in the group test and nothing was off there, so I doubt we will ever know what the exact source of the stinging was.

There is also a lot of "questionable" variables people introduce when reconstituting their peptides, like using some random ass Amazon brand BAC water, or maybe buying really cheap (and are they ACTUALLY sterile?) syringes.

Me personally? I did all my math, and with the testing, Hospira BAC water, Hospira sterile vials to reconstitute to, the kits, filters for reconstituting, and all other medical stuff, I came out to ~$75 per 60mg vial with buying 4 kits AND testing 10% of my vials.

I understand not everyone has the spare cash to splurge on that kind of a stash and the economies of scale in cost you get, but I just don't think it's worth it to save 20-30 bucks on some no-name syringes or no-name BAC water. If we were talking working gloves and not an injectable compound I'm putting into my body, we can have a different conversation.

I reached out to Amo today after finishing a 60mg vial…gained 5 lbs over a month while using their Triz. I had stinging and injection site reactions, which has never occurred since starting Triz in January and did not occur when I switched back to my prior compounded Triz this week. I also had a strong reaction (nausea and lethargy) when I switched back to the compounded Triz at the same dose making me think I’d used an underfilled vial from Amo. Amo sent me a COA implying it correlated with my same batch and showed overfilled vials (62.72 mg; 63.46 mg; 61.48 mg; 63.19 mg). Test was ordered on 7/26/24. However, I’d received the Triz in the same timeframe the big group test was occurring which had multiple slightly under filled vials (but not under filled enough to create the symptoms I had this week). My order shipped from Texas. They told me if I had any prolonged burning or stinging to let them know right away…which I’d already done and did in my next email also. Those symptoms were ignored with a response that I could send out for my own testing and if it demonstrated insufficient qty they’d reship. I was not looking for a replacement but rather wanted to just provide feedback to them. I’d already accepted this will be a $1000+ lose. Wonder if the injection site reaction could be related to their product being made with TFA salts? Not sure if that could cause it or not?

I would say that +/- 5% of fill is not really an underfill for the representative sample, and care MUCH more about the purity of the product (which I think the lowest was like 98.9%, and it was 1 vial maybe out of 22 or something, most were in the 99.5% range.

I have been using my AmoPure stash for 2 months now with no change vs. compounded, I treat each vial as 60mg, regardless of the 1 or 2 mg our test showed it was lower by. Natural variation is normal in manufacturing processes, and I wouldn't be surprised at all if most compounding have a range of +/- 2-4% variations in fills.

You can also mix 2 vials together to most likely get closer the representative sample if you get it tested.

There are many independent tests YOU can do to see if your body chemistry is playing a role in how you are feeling, take a few weeks off of all tirz and start back at 2.5mg.

You may also have a unique reaction (stinging) to the medication based on a specific chemical in their fillers that others don't actually experience.

For example, I ordered the "Pegasus" formula from Kimera because I heard good things about the energy benefits because I was experiencing some lethargy on my 7.5mg dose of Tirz. Guess what? Crazy stinging, painful site reaction, and not much energy benefit.... My significant other? No stinging, definitely felt some energy benefit. Does that mean that was a bad product, or does it mean my body doesn't play kindly with that formulation, seems to be the latter...

I have found the consistency of the pucks in Amo Pure to consistently be identical to other lypholized powders. Are you repeating hearsay or providing first hand evidence of what you are saying?

I was in the Peptide Test group test for this is the quote “their lyophilized powder across all of those products has a different texture than any of the other GLP-1s that we test. It is fluffy and sticky instead of being a firm “puck”.

Does this mean anything bad? We don't know. Purity and mass results tested well. It failed sterility but so have other vendors. Lots of people seem to be doing just fine with it but there does seem to be more reports of ISRs and unusual pucks from users who have experience with other research peps and no history of ISRs. It is just a point of curiosity.

I will still use mine and continue seeking more info.

I have product from Arctic (RIP), Skye, Transforma, Eros, Nexha, QSC, SRY and Amopure. Amo's looks different than all of them and I have T,S & C from them... delicate broken pucks (porous, not solid) no biggie, stuff works. They even tell you their product is produced differently, No mannitol. Mine shipped from China via Hialeah FL. (I'm in GA)

Here's a picture from Amopure of what to expect:

They have told @MingHenry that are now using mannitol...we don't know what they were using before. But the vendors also say a lot of things to move product which is why we test. 😉

Well…as I said previously…the lypholized powder in Amopure, in my RSs experience, is identical to any they have come across be it Pharma Grade Peptides, Peptide Science Peptides or even Amino Amigos. So
I’m basing my statements on actual hands on observation. Not what “the guy” said on discord.

That is great that it works for you; other users have different experiences that are also valid. My pucks look good but I have not reconstituted them yet. No one is saying it's a bad product; there is just a curiosity about why they seem to be getting a rep for their ISRs.

I get that somewhat. I've seen lots of Amopure tested on purity and sterility, none on mystery ingredient (if that's even feasible). I was commenting on the pucks appearance and efficacy.

not bad. I put them in a bag and used a hammer. They make a nice little popping noise from the vacuum lol.

I received L30 for RS several days ago. Most pucks in tact. Reconstituted a few days later with no stopper issues, however did have one small clump that took longer to dissolve than seen with a previous research company. After letting it sit about 15 minutes it was totally clear. RS stated zero sting during injection and no site swelling/redness. Effects reported as expected

Yesterday Monday 10/14/24…RS reconstituted (using Hospira Bac water) a late July early August Amopure 30mg (L30) Tirzepatide purchase.
Some important findings:
No sting at all.
Absolutely effective in appetite suppression.
No injection site reaction.
Reconstituted with 100 units of bac water per 10 mg. of lypholized Tirzepatide. (so for 30 mg vial…used 300 units bac water)
What a relief after all the reports of stinging.

I did the same thing with them. Those bottles were so hard to break. My husband hit a 2x4 with a hammer over them.

A lot of people have had success getting either a refund or replacement but a few did not. When did you originally order from them? Did you have to haggle a bit to get it? I really want to see pics of the destruction! RIP precious L30! I can't remember if @MingHenry ever posted pics but I know she was also successful in getting a refund.

I did the same on Monday. They offered a replacement as well, and told me to let them know if my rs experiences any isr from this new batch. No issue and no haggle, I did send them a couple pics of ISRs. I told them I was throwing it away and discontinuing use, but they never asked me to smash it haha

My pucks have all been very fluffy, when I read sticky I thought, mine aren't sticky almost the opposite with all that fluff, but static sticky makes sense. I just never experienced that due to reconstituting in the vial. My first order was late June, the July 4th promo while they were still Amopeptide. Then 2 more orders, first 2 with Binh, the last with Alan. I have been getting progressively worse ISRs. I am a part of a testing server that is trying to pin it down but I am not hopeful. I had almost written them off before reading this thread with the reship or refund & now finally the batch #????!!! That was promised for August, but if they implemented batch #s it could be helpful for research testing and it shows they may be following through on their promises. I may contact them to discuss a reship or refund. I have never had the intense burning some have had.

Just pinned Amopure from 30T vial reconstituted with 3ml BAC and no stinging. I did 5mg dose cause I'm also doing reta for research.

I just ordered Pegasus as I’m looking to compare it to BioBoost+. I currently take this and NAD separately. I do enjoy the lidocaine in BioBoost+z

Not sure what I will do with the stuff because it really did sting so bad. I’ve also been getting severe injection site reaction recently no matter what even with compounded tirzepatide. Hopefully I get used to the anti-trizep antibodies and it goes away eventually.

I've been using both diphenhydramine and hydrocortisone spray on my ISRs and that seems to help some. At least I'm not scratching myself all day.

I wouldn't have felt okay with faking it, but for me, they simply never followed up for the picture. Sent it to me anyway.

Not sure how much they're even paying attention. The emails are copy pasted. Same to everyone. Then binh or allan respond themselves to confirm address and provide tracking.
