Literally was coming here to update today, I increased carbs all week and as of two days ago my bowels normalized first time all month and last night got 7 hours!!! So happy lol
I wonder now did people see a reduced impact of reta that coincides with the side effects going away?? Thats my working theory but I hope its not true as I want to stay on this dose as long as possible.
Nope. Still losing. Of course I'm also stacking tirz, added kpv last month, ghkcu two weeks ago, and wolverine this week, so who's to say what's really happening in my body right now?? 😂😂😂You were right last day or two all the side effects stopped. Did you notice reduced effects of reta at the dose when the side effects stopped?
When i first started the sleep was okay but going into week 3 there's been a noticeable decline in sleep quantity. I've tried everything(other than more peps)
-earlier sleep
-stop eating at 6
-phone outside room
The onset of my sleep is extremely quick with magnesium but staying asleep has become an issue. Looking to see if anyone had this and was able to figure it out without additional meds or if it goes away at a certain point?
Heading into 4th week 1mg twice a week since the beginning.
Sleep is a big part of weight loss so I am sure it is a wash
.5mg is making you have sleep problems? I just don't understand. I didn't have issues till I hit 6mg, and now 8mg is worse.i'm having trouble sleeping after first dose of reta (0.5mg on sunday).
I felt 'alert' if that makes any sense.
Frustrating because aside from that, almost no benefits yet.
Mine stabilized after finishing three weeks but if i have a lowish carb day it's horrible. Trying to make sure i get enough carbs to fuel my workouts and sleep is way more important than i realized when i first started. Now at 5mg tirz and last 2 weeks added 0.5mg midweek of reta, last nights were pretty wild, woke up around 2-4am with racing heart and headache, think is glucose, happen sometimes midday too. Previously with tirz zero problems, Also taking GLOW,NAD+ and Selank but think its cuz reta, hope next week will stabilize, keeping at 0.5 until it fixes. Keep you posted.
I don't wanna burn reta card, so I think I'm gonna susped it and start when tirz will be not effective, months I guess, many. Even because diet on each is different, reta needs more carbs than tirz so stacking them could be bad.Mine stabilized after finishing three weeks but if i have a lowish carb day it's horrible. Try slow carbs before bedI was at 2.5mg Tirz and 2mg Reta for a good stretch, started getting intense sugar cravings and overall more intense hunger/lack of satiety. Increased Reta to 4mg by split dosing a couple of days apart, and now moved Tirz to 4mg. So 4 and 4 of each weekly. Resting heart rate went from mid 60s to high 70s (78 ish), and sleep is TOUGH. No other sides, feeling better otherwise. But 5-6 hours a night is not gonna cut it. Hopefully, I adjust soon.
A lot of us have been starting very low..5mg is making you have sleep problems? I just don't understand. I didn't have issues till I hit 6mg, and now 8mg is worse.
What made you start on .5mg? Did you read any of the E Lilly trial studies?
In the end this is how i cope as well 🤣 i definitely have the cravings starting to hit but i'm still getting full right away so at least that;s still effective. Done week 4 trying to stay at 2mg as long as possible!!!!even after 3 month on reta
i still wake up at 2 / 4 am and 6 am
but my iwatch give me a 95 sleep score ...
BUT IM GETTING JACKED AND SLIM
worth every second of it
the carbs matter for sure, i tried it on off a few days to see and both nights that i ate carbs before bed i slept at least 6 hours and the night i forgot , 2 nights ago, i slept 3.5 hours!I was at 2.5mg Tirz and 2mg Reta for a good stretch, started getting intense sugar cravings and overall more intense hunger/lack of satiety. Appreciate the helpful input! I have always preferred to sleep on an empty stomach, and it seems that is likely my downfall in this scenario. Will report back. Thanks again!the carbs matter for sure, i tried it on off a few days to see and both nights that i ate carbs before bed i slept at least 6 hours and the night i forgot , 2 nights ago, i slept 3.5 hours!
