Yet more delays. Are other shippers having delays like this too? I'm getting very concerned.

Does anyone know their current email to contact them? I can't register on Whatsapp, never received a verification text/call.

They have a discord, the link is in one of their posts in vendor connection I think. I don't think anyone has received anything ordered after the 8th or 9th of this month, maybe earlier.

I ordered a couple of kits on Oct. 6th and I have not received it yet. I reached out to Lucy and she said it flew out from Hong Kong yesterday

I ordered something on the 7th. It cleared customs on Friday night and is going to be delivered tomorrow.

Edit to say that mine will have taken 2 weeks to arrive. If you ordered after the 7th, it’s been less than 2 weeks. That is not a long time at all, especially coming from China.

My order mid Sept took a little over 2 weeks. I’m a few days shy of the 2 week mark with my Oct order.

I ordered tirz kit and cag kit on the 15th and received in US on the 22bd via DHL. Fast and easy, Lisa was nice

I gather some shipments are going through another carrier, FedEx maybe, and those aren't arriving. But my DHL came fast

Makes me wonder if I got a different sry Lisa

I asked Lisa for my tracking number and was given a FedEx number from California. I think my order got lumped in with the group buy the next day and sent to their local warehouse to be sent to me, but no one really knows

No it's to due with how they lumped a bunch of shipments together. Anything placed from like 10/9 to 10/11 is in limbo. Anything after 10/12 seems fine. They're using different carriers.

I'm one of the poor souls who ordered the promo.

This was kind of a joke but kinda not...but anyway I double checked the WhatsApp number I ordered with is the same as listed in the vendor forum and so was the pricing.

I think I ordered after the bulk ordering promo was done

(Already been accused of being a vendor shill once but I'm just a guy in Michigan, first grey order, it went smoothly. Sorry to others who didn't go as smooth. Price was right. I'm happy to show screenshots, receipts, photo of product in DM if anyone is worried I'm flooding the zone but also don't want to clutter the thread. I got T30 and c5 for 230 and 130 free shipping via DHL

I just placed an order and mine is going through DHL, my order before went through Fedex, if its Fedex it has to go to their warehouse in California first then to you, I also think they were having issues with shipment because of a flight delay, but that was sorted out, im sure you guys should be recieving the packages soon, I placed my order a few days ago, I think they are switching their shipments over to using different carriers so that they don't have a issue like this again depending on just one shipping company. hopefully everything works out, ill let you know when I get my order and def keep us updated with you guys receiving your orders!

Same thing to me! I got a fed ex tracking number for Fontana ca and it hasn’t moved …. I made 2 orders one on the 9th and 10th I guess usps will be used for 1 of my orders and fed ex the other but I haven’t got the tracking number for the usps just the fed ex one that hasn’t moved

I’m actually happy mine went that way. I can’t risk a customs seizure. I was salty about the delay at first but some info has come to light and I’m glad now. I have several weeks on hand still so I’ll be ok

it kinda seems like it, there were several delays, it seems like there is a human being with the goods travelling with checked luggage

I was going to offer pitch in on testing but just saw you did the 10 and not the 30. I'm working on placing an order right now if anyone does the 30 I'd contribute to a testing pool.

That being said, I'm glad you had it a good experience. I saw some dodgy threads but that price is hard to beat! I hope mine goes that well also

Usually the tracking number doesn't update until it passes through customs and the warehouse receives it, usually takes about 7-8 days and total it took about 2 weeks when my package went through Fedex. so that normal, and again per the updates on their discord they were having delays with shipment flight, but it was resolved so they should be getting delivered soon hopefully!
