I am not angry at all. The aim of my last post was to project a feeling of caution towards other members when ordering from this vendor, as well as call out the obvious fact that some people for some unbeknownst reason would rather defend a company over the consumer. The reason refunds are so important are because some companies will promise you the world and fail to deliver. If you don't offer a refund, say so. If I actually thought the service was great with this company, I would absolutely ask for a reship.

The company in question has lied to me so many times since the first week of February, that it is near unfathomable at this point. I will continue to give honest feedback on any vendor, and you have my apologies if you interpret that as anger towards other members. The service has been so poor that I just want my money back. I hope that all makes better sense.

Final note, I find it a tad peculiar that the guy who loves this company so much, wants me to give him a tracking in private message. No problem, let me identify myself to you. Do you also want my bank account information and a picture of my ID?
Brother, you keep calling them a company and yourself a consumer. I sympathize - you can find some posts from me in here talking similarly in the past. Not from me getting fucked over, but from poor customer service for someone else around bitcoin price fluctuations and some similar things.

If there was more competition and more options, it might matter. But people value consistently tested products and cheap prices over basically everything when it comes to the Chinese sellers. They have no incentive to do much. Sometimes they do stuff to make things right. Sometimes they don't. The whims of drug dealers are capricious.

But that's what you need to understand: You are dealing with drug dealers. Expect them to behave more similarly to your older brother's acquaintance you bought weed from in high school, not Amazon.

I'm just informing you of the reality of working with drug dealers. You're outside of the bounds of consumer protection laws here. Even if you paid with a method that allows disputing payments, you might want to take a look at the terms of service for using them - most of them are going to have policies against these sorts of purchases, and someone handling a chargeback or paypal dispute or whatever might look into what the purchase is and close your account.
You cant retrieve bitcoin or have a bitcoin wallet closed. What I was inferring is that negative reviews go a very long way. I told them initially that my order was a test order. They stand to lose significant money from the Canadian market if they do not do me right, I will ensure that every Canadian considering dealing with them goes elsewhere. Meso is a heck of a great place after all, and so are all the other canadian boards. They don't defend vendors in any shape or form. If they do me right, I will also happily state that. The ball is essentially in their court.

If they don't make it right I will post at other forums and tell mods. If they make it right I will say that they were nice enough to refund me and stuck to their word. That is called an honest review. When I said I will ensure they go elsewhere, it meant any one with half a brain will think otherwise. I don't have pull Goldberg but I have a diamond cutter finisher that will lose them more money than they would have made off of me if they don't make it right.

I don’t think you are lying, but I do think your perspective is a bit skewed because your perspective is that you have been robbed, which is understandable. Unfortunately, the way you are reacting is destructive to the grey community. Have you contacted Alan?

The source told me they refund or reship after a seizure, when I specifically asked them that during vetting. I say I will go to every board and give an honest review of their conduct from start to finish. I have not ben robbed yet. I am giving them a chance to make it right. I have not gone on any forums saying not to use them. If they choose to not refund me, and I choose to go on forums and tell Canadians what I experienced, that is doing prospective buyers a favour. If they make it right, then I will also give that review. I am not a politician. The more honest reviews the better. Telling the truth damages the community in no way whatsoever.

The question was have you contacted Alan. You didn't answer it, leading me to believe that you didn't. If it makes you feel better to complain about others, by all means do so. Rant all you want on a million different social media sites. I do miss Tracy and hearing "her" responses to those who complained about. her. However, you're acting in the way least likely to solve the problem.

I have ordered more from SRY than I have from any other vendor. With the exception of the one time that I paid for a QSC order and then Tracy disappeared, I have not had any bad experiences with vendors.
